This location is amazing! I live in The Cottonwood area and I'm willing to travel. They always have the best prices and staff. Everyone is always so friendly! The service is fast even when they're busy. I was in behind six people and was there for maybe 15 minutes from check in to check out. But keep in mind that if you need the time, you'll get it. They're always very patient when you have questions or concerns. They're even patient if you're taking forever to pick (which does tend to happen here :p) I definitely love this dispensary! I'll be back weekly! :)

All I can say is WOW! I've had my med card in arizona for the last year and a half and it's so unbelievably refreshing to PURCHASE medicine not jump through loopholes like "donating" and stuff like that. I can admit to sometimes being arrogant about my knowledge of marijuana, I think I know everything and have seen everything. High Mountain Health literally changed my personal definition of "top shelf" turns out my previous understanding of top shelf is HMH's definition of tier 2-3! Great prices compared to other mmj facilities and they let you split strains however you want. Great staff, such a great experience, not worth going anywhere else in AZ let alone Flagstaff

This is my favorite head shop out of all 3 in Flag. The beautiful people of HMH welcome you with open arms and hearts. Greeted by someone who knows your name shows they truly are compassionate about their patients. I recommend this dispensary to anyone who has doubts about giving them a try!

They are the only dispensary that I have visited in the state that charges your GRAM ALLOCATION( 2 1/2 ounces or 70 grams every 14 days ) 2 to 1 for hash and 4 to 1 concentrates. This is bad for medical patients that need to dose 100mg plus per day. IE cancer, MS etc. This HIGH MOUNTAIN POLICY could effect a patients ability to complete the prescription requirements for consistent treatment. I will not go back to this dispensary again.

I Have only been in a few times but the staff at High Mountain are very friendly and knowledgeable. they were helpful in me finding a medication that worked for what i needed without the effects i was trying to avoid. This is the kind of place I like to see in my community. Patient minded with top notch meds.

The staff, facility, service and product was all first class at High Mountain Health. I recently came down with shingles and the new sativa strain of Maui, relieved the weird symptoms of this virus. I love the laid back professionalism at HMH in Flagstaff, Az.

Best in Flag. Very nice service. Kind to new, clueless people like myself. Locally owned and operated. Often gets busy, but mostly because they are so good and don't rush you through the buying process. The medicine is incredibly strong and smells like heaven. Good variety of product. Always at least one smiling face to greet you. If it was across town, if still go to them, but luckily they are right in my neighborhood. Recommend to anyone who wants a kind, welcoming place with great meds, I've already recommended them to all of my own friends.

Great staff, fun promos. Freshest bud I've found near Flagstaff. The prices are a little high but you do get what you pay for with their tiers. The Daily grams are my favorite as its nice to try new strains. I'd suggest adding more deals for your cbd flower and high thc flower to provide patients access to the most therapeutic options.

Everything is perfect other than some of the staff, it's never any of the girls only some of the guys who are just super rude and I will not be coming nearly as often. Too many bad experiences with the same guys over and over again. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth

was the 3rd or 4th time here, there was 1 person at the window doing a new intake, i waited and waited to be acknowledged, NOTHING!! NO acknowledgment. good thing the other place i go to has very friendly workers and the only reason you have to wait there is that they are BUSY

its busy and they didnt seem very happy to be helping me, bit they also didnt help me very much. did a quick run through everything and expected me to know it all. im more excited about the other places n town.
