Ponderosa Dispensary - Flagstaff

I come here less and less..... As a med patient I must look elsewhere for high quality smoke and products that I used to buy here and are no longer available here. I'm not looking for a party. The meds are for arthritis in my spine and PTSD. Your "deals" of top tier have become laughable at times. It's sad because a place I used to rely on and felt comfortable in seems a thing of the past.

The ladies and gentleman that work there are always happy to see me whenever go in and they always ask how I am doing, and they are also very informative about the medicine that they have in stock.

Incredibly disappointed in the New Years changes to their deals and point system. Same thing happened last year. This dispo is getting worse and worse, year by year.

Front staff extremely rude to us and other customers checking in. Staff has had an obvious bad attitude since change of ownership last week. We walked out and will need some convincing to return. Unfortunate since we did like purchasing from here beforehand.

I'm not going to drop any names, but there's a bud tender here who ruins my experience every time I come in. I always secretly hope I get a different bud tender, but always get this one. I don't know if you are overwhelmed or drink too much coffee, but you need to work on matching the customers energy. It's really off-putting when you ask if I know what I want within seconds of coming to the counter and don't know the daily specials. It's even more off-putting when your boss needs to confront you in front of a patient for not thinking through what you are saying and providing false info.

Everything was fine until they slipped in a $9 educational pamphlet at the end without telling me about. When I looked at receipt it really pissed me off. If they will cheat you like that who knows what else they will do. Lost a customer for life

Use to love this spot but they were rude and acted like they didn’t have my order told me to get In line wack service won’t ever go back there again

Best medical dispensary in flagstaff! Super friendly staff and great overall selection. If you ever need any help just ask the staff, they are very knowledgable for new patients. Overall great place and a must revisit.

The perfect place for the nervous first time patient as well as the seasoned user

They are the only dispensary that I have visited in the state that charges your GRAM ALLOCATION( 2 1/2 ounces or 70 grams every 14 days ) 2 to 1 for hash and 4 to 1 concentrates. This is bad for medical patients that need to dose 100mg plus per day. IE cancer, MS etc. This HIGH MOUNTAIN POLICY could effect a patients ability to complete the prescription requirements for consistent treatment. I will not go back to this dispensary again.

Very impressed! I showed up as a new patient and within 15 minutes I had a friendly gal give me a brief tour and explain what they had to offer. I've been to 7 different dispensaries now and this is the first one that had edibles in the form of a pure chocolate bar. Each edible also identified the strain used. There were about 8 different strains of flowers and some strains I've been looking for like Mango Kush. I hope a discount will be offered in the future for disabled veteran's. I will be back!

Great Staff!!! Always greeted by name, they are well prepared for you & understand your medical needs with much compassion. I like to just stop by, say hi and spread the love that they radiate so well. Keep up thee enlightening work!!

Best in Flag. Very nice service. Kind to new, clueless people like myself. Locally owned and operated. Often gets busy, but mostly because they are so good and don't rush you through the buying process. The medicine is incredibly strong and smells like heaven. Good variety of product. Always at least one smiling face to greet you. If it was across town, if still go to them, but luckily they are right in my neighborhood. Recommend to anyone who wants a kind, welcoming place with great meds, I've already recommended them to all of my own friends.

This location is amazing! I live in The Cottonwood area and I'm willing to travel. They always have the best prices and staff. Everyone is always so friendly! The service is fast even when they're busy. I was in behind six people and was there for maybe 15 minutes from check in to check out. But keep in mind that if you need the time, you'll get it. They're always very patient when you have questions or concerns. They're even patient if you're taking forever to pick (which does tend to happen here :p) I definitely love this dispensary! I'll be back weekly! :)
