Ponderosa Dispensary - Flagstaff

I can't believe this is a state-licensed dispensary - they actually care! I was a bit apprehensive when walking in the door but what found me is a lot of caring and friendly faces (some from the old Grassroots Wellness Center). Their meds don't just look amazing (like a lot of state dispensaries) - they have the potency and effects to back them up - the other state dispensaries I have been to have nice looking buds, but when it is time to medicate.... there isn't much effect. Not that problem here - the potency is the best I have had in the state (including Phoenix, Williams, Prescott area, Flagstaff, etc.) You'll not find a friendlier group of people who actually care and you will not find such potent and amazing buds for this price! Even the $285 ounce Tier 3 option is better than anything I have had elsewhere. The Moby Dick is amazing - one of my new favorites!! Double Dream is simply to die for. Their Tier 3 Headband is better than Headband to be found in Phoenix for $350-$400 an ounce.

A great place with friendly staff and knowledgeable sales. The product is top shelf and the atmosphere is professional. THE place to go in norther Arizona!

I've been visiting this store for some time now, and every single time I go in my visit is just fantastic. The staff is just wonderful...very knowledgeable and friendly. The receptionist is warm and makes you feel immediately at home when you enter. The prices are very reasonable, plus they have an extremely generous point system. The quality of medication is unsurpassed and always Grade A. Just visiting the good people here always brightens my day immeasurably, and I will continue to visit in the future.

High Mountain Health provides top notch customer service (this is coming from a customer who holds an MBA and who devoted their collegiate studies and professional life to the study of the enhancement of the consumer experience). The employees have welcoming personalities and are highly knowledgeable about the product line. The store's diverse selection is unsurpassed by any of the other dispensaries I have visited in northern Arizona. I also like that they bring in new products regularly, while retaining those that are top sellers. This ensures that you will always leave the store with the product that is just right for you and for your specific needs. You should visit High Mountain Health for all your cannabis needs or questions, I am so glad I did! And make sure to ask the receptionist what your spirit fruit is! was the 3rd or 4th time here, there was 1 person at the window doing a new intake, i waited and waited to be acknowledged, NOTHING!! NO acknowledgment. good thing the other place i go to has very friendly workers and the only reason you have to wait there is that they are BUSY

I've heard about and now experienced the issue of online orders ending up "short" a gram. Exactly a gram. Got home and found out that I was also a gram short. They BS'd and said they weighed it at 6gs, but I got 5gs instead. No offer of credit or apologies - honest business gone sour.

Great staff, fun promos. Freshest bud I've found near Flagstaff. The prices are a little high but you do get what you pay for with their tiers. The Daily grams are my favorite as its nice to try new strains. I'd suggest adding more deals for your cbd flower and high thc flower to provide patients access to the most therapeutic options.

The awesome folks at High Mountain Health have been more than helpful. They walked me through the process of getting started and processed my info for me. The environment is amazing. Everybody is so chill. The meds are mind blowing and affordable. They also have an unbeatable point system to get free stuff.

Quality has gone way down hill. Used to be a nice place with some decent product, but honestly I can't speak highly of this place one bit. Some of the quality was good, but come to find out some of the strains grown by HMH have had mold. This place claims to test their meds, but nowhere can you retrieve that data. Also, it is the most expensive place in Arizona to get your meds, and there are quite a few places where you can get much better quality, at a much better price. A note to the rookies, examine your meds, you may find some interesting surprises.

the people and the weed here are fantastic, I come allbthe time. My only criticism would be that the indoor waiting room should be exclusively for medical patients. I pre-ordered a quarter oz to help with my post labram surgery pain and still had to wait outside in the cold where my shoulder was locking up because all the seats were taken. What if someone with cancer or something needs the seat? I never noticed anything like this until after legalization. It seems people getting their fun weed have made it harder for some medical patients to get their medicine, but orher than that, fabulous growing and excellent concentrates. The staff is friendly enough that its often worth the wait. Love the dispensary

By far the best in AZ. Great staff, product, and prices. I drive 150 miles to stock up at hmh passing 4 others on the way.

Everything is perfect other than some of the staff, it's never any of the girls only some of the guys who are just super rude and I will not be coming nearly as often. Too many bad experiences with the same guys over and over again. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth

its busy and they didnt seem very happy to be helping me, bit they also didnt help me very much. did a quick run through everything and expected me to know it all. im more excited about the other places n town.
