I wish I could give a 5 star rating for service and had I encountered Alvin at check-in and inside I would have because he was customer service friendly unlike the greeter/check-in person Jonny. He NEEDS SERIOUS COACHING ASAP forget go smoke a blunt because OBVIOUSLY it AINT WORKING FOR JONNY!!!!!! Both of our frustrations with one another could’ve and WOULD’VE been avoided had he simply did his job and said to me “I’ll be with you soon” but nope I got straight stank attitude and was disrespectfully spoken to all because I was confused and frustrated and could pick up on his stank attitude….. like really smh…… next time damn a review I’m speaking to a supervisor.

My likes: Friendly & express service. Easy online ordering. Covid conscious waiting area with ATM & security. Points system to redeem money spent on each visit. Moxie, Aeriz, Tryke, Mind Ryte products. All quality extracts. I prefer these at Jars Metro. Dislikes: Would like to use the points at express check out again. Was the first to redeem 2000 points & got a free half oz. I didn't get to choose the 1/2, the flower was just ok. I would have liked to have a choice of what's received. Just an observation.

The staff was extremely friendly , overall a great experience. Recommend this spot to my friends all the time.

So first I live 45 minutes away from this dispensary but I liked their 30% off for your FTP deal. I bought a cartridge from them that was almost completely empty out of the bag. When I got home I called and someone told me that I have to drive back to get it switched out but that they would give me a credit for the inconvenience. I get the the dispensary and they gave me a dirty look and acted like it was a hassle to switch the cartridge out. On top of that when I asked what kind of credit it would be the lady said she doesn’t know but isn’t sure what credit they can do and said sorry but there’s nothing they can do. I won’t be coming back because of the service. Make sure you check your bags before you leave the parking lot!!

I truly think it's BS that JARS is going to take over metro meds and existing dispensary in order to just change the name so that they don't have to do first time patient for everybody. If you're a new name then you're a new dispensary. They changed the prices of everything and racked them up, changed the store hours, change the name but then don't want to be considered a new dispensary so we don't get first-time patient deals. So wrack up prices for us while being a cheap a** in the process?... NOPE, THIS IS WHY ILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DISPENSARY.

I bought live resin Select full grams thinking it was 2 for $100. I was wrong, a couple minutes later i looked at the receipt and realized they werent on special, it was an honest mistake. Before opening the bag I gave JARS a call asking if i can please return the un-opened bag and return the products. They denied my request, Eventhough im a high spending customer. It was only 12 fulls, every other dispensary I’ve been to they allowed me to return the product, as long as it was unused. For a buyer who has made an honest mistake with no accommodation from the seller is really discouraging to continue to shop here. Which i will no longer do, very un professional.
