Absolutely the most welcoming atmosphere and best customer service I’ve ever experienced while purchasing my meds. Hands down the best dispensary, guaranteed to always answer any and all questions I have and I hear other people ask so I then get more insight on product. I never feel rushed and the flower is always fresh! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Everything was great

I used to come here constantly for the deals and I work for Cheba Hut as a GM so I know customer service. The security guards outside are very rude, if you ask a simple question you get snapped at for wondering which line is pick up and which is walk-in. The line was very long so I decided to go with a pick up. I asked the employees outside sitting in the heat how long a pick up would be and I got ignored, understandable they are in the heat. I waited for this one young lady with super curly hair to come up so I could ask a question about how long pickups take and she told me she didn’t know and didn’t care. Another guy walked up with a pink shirt told me it wouldn’t be a loss if they didn’t get my pickup. Wow. It really sucks to write this because I used to come down here with munchies for their crew. Try to foster a good relationship with a fellow business. After today I will be advising my crew to stay clear of this place.

The bud tender was rude and insinuated I ordered different items than what I was requesting - even after I showed him my online order. I also believe I was overcharged, but due to covid I had zero desire to spend more time in a cramped lobby to argue with him when he was clearly agitated over being corrected the first time. If I’m in the area I might try curbside to see if my experience is any better, but I’m in no rush to go back.

Shopping at Jars is always a pleasure, Riley was friendly and courteous.

Taste like vaping perfume, not like weedfumes. Headache plus. More people need to vape so they can tell what they are putting into their body. Its unnatural,so easy to tell when you vape. 95% of dispensary weed doesn't taste like weed oil! Is it even real weed? How can it taste so bad?
