I come here all the time but today a girl named Maria was up front and I come bebop pin in all happy and within 2 minutes this girl had accused me of yelling at her and started being rude. when she said I was yelling, i then raised my voice and said NO that is yelling. I'm 100% deaf in my left ear with massive ringing in both so I talk loud some times but I never yelled or raised my voice as there was no reason to. I wasn't mad or anything I was just trying to understand what she was saying because instead of explaining it she just kept saying the same thing over and over. there is absolutely no reason this young girl should have spoke to me that way. when someone doesn't understand, explain it don't be a butt. I am very disappointed as I come here to do my business and now have to find a different place because of her uncalled for rudeness. Maria needs customer service training..... Bonnie

This was my first visit. The girl bud-tender that helped me was extremely impersonal and acted annoyed. I was there to use my first time patient special and to get my birthday pre-roll. She forgot the pre-roll. They were also all eating at the front desk? I will not be returning or recommending anyone to this location. It's a shame the clientele in this dispensary is completely unprofessional, and the atmosphere sucked. Far too many other location choices with outstanding customer service to shop here again!

I was drawn to the place due to the good reviews on carts. Well come to find out the got nice flower on deck. I will return for that. The newbie deal is legit so you get to use it 3 times. Peoples are nice too and homie had answers for everything I threw at him. Worth the drive so far.

Caitlin, the girl that helped me, barely talked, and it was super awkward just standing there waiting for her to get my stuff. I don’t think she smiled at me once and looked like she didn’t want to be there. I was pretty disappointed and probably won’t go back to this location again.

I came as an FTP at the Phx location and ordered an oz of the Kush Cake 7 along with an one 1/8 each of Monkey Brains and Chiesel, online. I received an “order ready” text and headed out. I live in Chandler so it’s an hour drive up to Debbies, but the quality is there from what I’d seen and it’s worth it with the FTP. Upon checking in I was told that there were only 7 1/8s of Kush Cake 7 left and I’d have to pick another strain for the last 1/8. I explained that I’d received a text that my entire order was filled with eight 1/8s of Kush Cake 7 and the Bud tender said he was sorry about the mix up and offered me two free pre-rolls to fix the issue which I felt was fair. Well, it was fair until I figured out that on Fridays you get up to two free pre-rolls for every $50 spent anyway which pissed me off seeing I had spent over $200 and had already earned the free pre-rolls. Basically, my order was goofed up/picked out of and I was deceitfully made to feel like a valued customer with two pre-rolls that I earned before the mix up. Debbies overall is a great, friendly, and excellent quality dispensary. I didn’t mind replacing one 1/8 of a total oz with something else, but I just don’t like being lied to by a bud tender supposedly fixing a goof up with only a Friday special. If you’re not going to make something right, just don’t do it instead of lying to me. Will I order and make the drive again after receiving a confirmation text only to arrive and find that my order isn’t filled as requested? I think we deserve more than that.

Wow, I literally had the worst customer service from Tamra over the phone who sounded like not only did she not wanna be there but she was very rude telling me she doesn't have time to answer my 2nd question and that I can find it on leafly...seriously? There are a grip of dispensaries and you have just lost a customer because of your employee Tamra being super rude to me! Literally the WORST customer service!!

I purchased the wedding cake private reserve and omg. I smoke daily... And... the high is so pleasant yet heavy. I’m very impressed. Even the cat is looking at me like “damn man you ok?” You’re goddamn right I’m ok. I’m more than ok. This is probably the first real review I’ve actually written. Most of them are “fire doe” which doesn’t tell you shit, as the dude clearly wants the free gram. But goddamn. To be blunt, Mojave CC is by far the best quality. It’s a fair price. Worth it.

Quality buds, but prices are outrageous. $20.00 grams??? Wth? Is this 1998 again? That's insane, want to come back here but not at that cost mark. Others have the same qualities for less of a markup. Used to be 14 now 20..lol what are y'all reeeaaallly smoking?

I finally found a great deli style dispensary and the staff is amazing. now for the bad news. I just found out that they were bought out by Harvest. I will never step foot in a Harvest dispensary again. They like to sell old and moldy weed. Harvest staff is usually rude and they like to rip the public off. I am very saddens to see Debbies go and they will be missed. time to look again for a new dispensary. total bummer!

Quality meds with decent pricing. was a regular in my dispensary rotation for a while. stopped coming here because of the customer service. simple put, rude women. i get it people have bad days, but all of you? every single time? its cool, started going elsewhere 👍

not impressed. came in on sunday cuz i hear debbies is the spot for good buds. the bud is decent but the service was not good. i dont get how u can be so unhappy in a place like this but the manager seemed more angry than the employees. whats going on debbies

I enjoyed the clean shop good vibes however as a first time patient I felt as if I was rushed but not even served at a fast pace, it was 15 minutes before closing but there were 5 people in the shop but only one budtender to serve while the rest were cleaning to go home as I walked out the lights were shut off immediately I was a little bit discouraged by this.

This whole, not being able to smell the weed before you buy it, thing has gotten real old. The quality of debbies has gone downhill fast and you won’t know it until you’ve already wasted your money. Everything in the mid shelf tastes like literal dirt, & the top shelf flower has been smelling & tasting like plant nutrients as of late

Debbie’s is the only dispensary I got to, I drive 30 min from Surprise. I love the environment, and their bud tenders have also been very kind an helpful. I only gave a 3 bc I have to show your bud tenders how to measure to the dollar amount. If I ask for up to $50 of a certain flower they try to tell me “you can’t do that, it has to be gram, 1/8, 1/4, etc. and I have to always respond with no, the beauty of deli style is being able to order to the dollar amount. I always have to show them how to put in the dollar amount in the system to tell you exactly how much to measure. It’s getting pretty frustrating to have to do that every time I go and I go once a week. Otherwise I love Debbie’s!!
