Jova is the the best in the DMV. They share the wealth with the customer like no other. They make me feel good about spending with them. My only dislike is that they sell out.

I come here almost every week because it’s close to my house but I may want to go the extra mile to travel in the future. Most of the time they have a great selection. I simply recommend clarity on their deals (Fat 8th Friday’s). The mass text that’s sent out gives a false allusion as if they have more deals than they actually do and the deals they do have were untrimmed which isn’t my personal favorite. But, to each it’s own. Definitely appreciate them staying open during this crazy time. Just give the customers transparency!

I’ve been shopping at Jova since their grand opening, both 4/20s and they have always provided safe, quality service. This is my neighborhood dispensary and with other ones in close vicinity, Jova always have quality, consistency in products and a variety to fulfill what you are looking for.

I visit this dispensary pretty often and this is the first time I’ve had an unpleasant experience. Other than the details of the BOGO deals not being made clear to patients, the budtender I was speaking with today was a bit rude. Hopefully, if I return, it’ll be a better experience.

Great service and knowledgeable bud tenders whether on the phone or in person they are always on point. My favorite bud tenders are Chris, Louie, Karen and more recently Shayla and Tariq. But there is literally no bad choice. Even the security guard has on occasion offered good customer service assistance.

What a gem of a dispensary in PG County. The young man at the check-in desk was so knowledgeable and the customer service was amazing. The vibe was everything. Will be returning.

Through these uncertain times I'm proud to say that this Lifestyle change has been 100% the experience that is needed with the social distancing events, knowledge of products, and sales of Jova Wellness total body and mind approach this has been a three month review for myself and my family is totally 100% the decisions to make this change. My family is my deciding factor and a Huge plus was the Jova staff knowledge, tracking dosage books different products that actual brings the relief without the long term effects of opioids and other straining after surgical prescriptions that are crazy additive and is not a route I wish for anyone so please look at all options. This place is a godsend for those of us who are in need of medical marijuana. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the curbside service is clutch in these crazy times!
