One of the worst run dispensaries I’ve been to in my life. Everyone’s just laughing and joking around nobody is actually helping people. Insanely and efficient and they don’t honor the deals that they put up on their website. Place is trash.

For sure my favorite dispensary! Shout out to Avery & the rest of the team for always being so friendly and professional! They remember my name and truly make me feel like I’m a local here. If you’re looking for quality product at a low price, local joint is the right spot. Love this place so much!!!

I love Parc, I’ve been here 3 time and the bud tenders are great. I love the timeless and the new true extracts they have. All that being said, As nice as the security guards try to be they have made me uncomfortable on every occasion

This place used to be really good, but it has declined significantly lately. Last time I went there were people just smoking and hanging out in the parking lot. They have many new office staff, and they are rude, if they talk to you at all. All of the chairs in the lobby are old, stained, and uncomfortable. The prices used to be great and the flower was all the same price, but now there are multiple tiers and they raised all the prices. They stopped carrying the only edible brand I really liked. The house prerolls are now dry, poorly packed garbage that aren't worth it even when free. The rewards program and positivity of the budtenders are the only redeeming qualities.

this place is good if you want to give half or your pay check just for an oz. i won't shop here! i know what weed is worth. you're make more then 4 times profit on us. i will be going where i can get 10$grams.

Why can't I ask who and how the bud was grown? Why is this a taboo question in Arizona medical dispensaries? I've been involved in weed my entire life, and this (Az). is the only market where mystery lies and secrets are acceptable.
It's not like you'll let me sample the stuff. Quit telling me everything is "your fave" and tell me who grew it, and what chemicals they used. My budtender did not have a clue, didn't even know the questions I had even existed. Um there pretty common on the black market. Bio or hydro? Flushed? Pesticides? Pgrs? Dry? Cured? 'Know your grower' is a fundamental rule of buying weed, and A just says, nah we wanna keep secrets. What are you hiding? Doesn't take a genius to figure out why the bud in Az turned to garbage when places like Local Joint stopped outsourcing Cali rejects.

Came in yesterday unaware that you have new operating hours (Post it as an update here on Leafly so patients know). The Triple Nova smelled amazing - like tootsie rolls, but that aroma does not transfer over to the flavor. There is zero flavor in this strain. It relaxes you but there are no other effects felt whatsoever - pretty disappointing. Now - onto the Stardog Illuminati - another disappointment. Very little flavor, minimal effects, effects don't last long - ended up with a nasty headache. The Race Fuel OG - I've had this strain before, so I had high expectations and was sorely disappointed. This batch is WEAK! Minimal energy boost, no munchies (which I was happy about) and the euphoria was minimal at best. Was looking forward to this strain because last time around, it really helped with my pain - but this batch is far too weak for anyone with moderate to severe pain. Now, onto the Chemdawg Private Reserve #3 - it's just okay. Smells and tastes great but I am not a fan of the confusion it made me feel. This strain also left me with a nasty headache - and as a frequent migraine sufferer - this is not a welcomed side effect. Spent a decent amount of money and am disappointed in these strains. Even the budtender couldn't tell me much about the Triple Nova and Stardog Illuminati - how are you selling something your budtenders have zero information about??? Figured I'd give them a try because the budtender didn't mention anxiety, paranoia or dizziness (even after I asked him) as negative effects of these strains - he left out the part about them being week and minimally effective in any respect. It's going to be a tough week because my entire budget was spent here and I literally have nothing that is going to help with my daily pain (which is what the Race Fuel OG was supposed to be for). After this experience - I really am not likely to come back to PARC anymore. PARC used to be my home dispensary, but, the change of ownership, change of staff, increase in prices for lackluster meds and disappointment in strain choice/performance means that I'm not likely to walk back through that door unless you're the only dispensary in a reasonable distance from my home that actually has a strain I know works for me.

Nice people, comfortable atmosphere, incredibly disappointing flower. Some stale, some untrimmed, some totally uneffective, but all unflushed. With so many choices in the area, you can get much better product for your money. After giving them three chances, I won't be back.
In response to your response to get more detailed information about my account it's not happening since this information has been given to your staff on multiple occasions and based on current reviews it seems your support department can't even investigate let alone correct a simple IT issue. You have failed as a reliable establishment and I will expose your service tactics on social media which is to take personal info over the phone or through email which is extremely insecure in this day in age and also make your technical issues The customer's or patient's problem. The fact that this has not been fixed for me or about 50 percent or more of your patients and customers leads me to believe that you will sit on my information and do nothing with it. I will never return to your dispensary and I tell people to never go there because of how you treat your customers. You broke my trust as a patient and frankly that's all I need to never return and I'll handle the problem from here. But the Flower shop doesn't make excuses, oasis doesn't make excuses, nature's AZ medicines doesn't make excuse but this places makes excuses and makes it the patient's problem. I've been coming there ever since this place first opened when it was PARC and now Zen Leaf has made its home here and turned a great establishment into an deceitful place almost like a shady used car dealership. You cannot fix this at this point. Because it should have been taken care of without question. Especially since this is a known problem throughout all the dispensaries Zen Leaf takes over. I used to spend 100s of dollars a week there now you'll be lucky to see a penny from me. And I know thousands people because I work in promotions and I'll drive business away from your deceitful establishment since you have forced my hand.

Overall ok experience. I witnessed someone come in and use a coupon for like 5 free prerolls while I was getting (1) for being a new patient. That was a little odd to me.
They offer a 4 gram sampler for whatever 50 bucks but you must pick 4 difference strains. Problem is they only offer like 4 strains with prepackaged grams so there was essentially no choice at all. Kosher Kush (the item i went for), was only available in eighths so it was not an option.
Also did find a seed in the cannabis which I have yet to come across during my entire time as a MMJ patient.
Overall pretty sloppy work guys. I hope to see much better from you guys if I visit in the future!

I've been shopping here for a couple of years and have always left happy. Yesterday, they sent out a text for a $22 eighths special and included GMO cookies so I dashed over but was told that it only came in quarters and was $109! Management refused to honor it before correcting it. Offered $10 off instead. VERY disappointed!!!!!

Went in just before closing time and was very impressed by how clean and modern PARC looked compared to the other dispensaries I have been to. They had security in the lobby and everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Thank you very much for making the process easier!

I was regularly coming in here 1-2 times a week. Usually have great service and no issues at all. Most of the staff are great to talk to. Very friendly. However, today will be the last I ever go there. The way they handle their customer service when there is an issue is unexceptional.
A new young lady with Short black and bright green hair helped me (she may just be new to me; It was the first time she helped me). I ask her a simple question: Why Local Joint does not offer 1/2 oz breaks? She corrected me, which is okay, and said they do but they are completely out of the pre-packaged 1/2oz but they have pre-packaged 1/8th's. I'm thinking, "Okay, Totally understandable! I'll just buy the same strain the 4 - 1/8th's (1/2oz)"
Until I found out if I we're to buy it that way, they would NOT honor the 1/2oz price. At this point I ask her why? and she couldn't come up with a reasonable answer and rolled her eyes at me when I asked to speak to the manager.
The manager told me the same thing and that I would have to pay extra for them to be in separate bags.
I would understand if it was a different vendor and that's the price point the vendor had set it at but this was THEIR OWN FLOWER that they grow. I would even understand, if I was trying to get different strains but that was not the case here. All I wanted was a 1/2oz of the same strain. As the manager said "We just don't offer that" or in other words "We like to rip out patients off." What a disappointing experience and very disappointed on how they handled it.

Went here for years, since Park, until I recently met their morning crew. Not a fan at all of their lack of customer service and have found a new favorite joint.
Everything would be alright if DA’s let me and others know when the dispensary is out of stock however, I hear this (unnamed) lady say “we just sold the last one” to customers about all kinds of stuff everyday and never assisting them in finding what they are looking for. If she is not willing to spend a second offering an alternative option to what isn’t in stock than why should customers spend their hard earned money. Thanks for the fun few years, good luck now.
