why are your carts so expensive, this place gives me little to no incentive to walk in the door, the staff do not know what they are talking about half the time, and in general if you spend money on something you deserve quality no matter what not a sheit tier system meant to hamper you and your wallet

Always a great visit. Every time I go into their shop I am greeted by friendly people. Whether it may be the front desk, bud tender or the security guard. They really know their stuff and have great quality! Definitely recommend do-si-do!

They are doing a good job even with Covid going on. They are doing only curb side and wearing gloves and masks, and bins that don't require anyone touching anything except the bin with your fingertips.

Won’t accept my out of state card all of a sudden. When they did allow me, service was great. However, I don’t understand why they’re all of a sudden not following laws. Won’t return even if they wise up as every place else welcomes me.

I wanted to like this place...however, they are a prepackaged dispensary:( i have been disappointed a few times already. The weed in their display will smell & look very good, but when you get home and open your jar you notice the weed is dry and doesnt look like the display. I hope they can work out their kinks. Concentrate prices are egregious as well. I also received the most pathetic free pre roll for first timers out of any shop ive been too in the state. Pre roll was 2 hits

I ordered for delivery. It was delivered bagged up and less than discreet considering they’ve got on logo wear. Once I opened the bag I found that each of the 11 products were expired! Sent a message to the store with no response. Sent a message to customer service where I was told “with these products having a use by date on them they don’t actually go bad or expire” “it’s only a cosmetic change” and “they’re completely safe to use and will have the same effect”. Was told Cody and the management team from the location would be getting ahold of me, which he did, to tell me that an inventory lead would contact me the next day to resolve my issue. It’s been 2 days now of total silence so I reached back out to customer service where I was told they were reaching out to the management team again. After 3 hours I was told there was no response from them but they would follow up tomorrow. Now 24 hours later I’m being told the the products no longer have a use by date and can have full potency for YEARS. There is 0 accountability here, poor inventory control and they are either severely misinformed on what they are selling or are flat out lying and selling bad product. The best I was offered is to return the product for store credit. Honestly Lume, why would I come back?
