I delt with Jen from your Williamsville store on the phone with some questions and she helped me like I was there in person. Didn't treat me like I was an inconvenience calling and to call near closing time on Saturday was a sign of terrific customer service. Jen deserves a raise.

Went for my monthly refill and met Michael for the first time. This guy needs to be recognized for his outstanding knowledge, ability to explain the products in a completely different way and make me understand! As well as his super friendly demeanor coupled with an empathetic ear. He wrote down everything I needed for the future as well! I spend around $350 a month. I want to try vaping and he has given me more information than anyone else had and I’ve talked to a lot of dispensaries. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this as I was never quite sure but he definitely sealed the deal with his expertise. I don’t normally write reviews but when I found out that Medmen employees do not get a commission, I was compelled to let someone in management know about this young mans EXCEPTIONAL and OUTSTANDING customer service!! He is truly an asset to your company and should be recognized as such...please keep this man happy and keep him there because I will continue to make the 45 min trek to have Michael take care of my monthly orders!

I wish there was more strains to chose from in the carts and better deals on multiple cartridge buys all in all great place

I think their staffing is weird... rather than service customers waiting for check-out, they rush to the door to service new customers walking in. Prices are steep and with little competition I don't see them dropping anytime soon. It's funny they have a picture of a joint in the store but they can't sell flower.

On 1/15/21, I was a first time patient/customer with literally very little to no knowledge about marijuana or how the nys medical marijuana system works. Jen McH greeted me with a very cheerful attitude and was happy to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable with explaining the different marijuana strains and products that medmen offered. I left feeling much more comfortable trying the products that I purchased, thanks to Jen!

After receiving my card, I stopped at MedMen to see about a solution for my sleep deficit issue. Having no experience at all in this type of relief, I needed help. An associate named Kiah helped me with all my questions, and she presented things in a clear and simple to understand manner. She was great! Being in the service business my entire career, it was easy to recognize that not only Kiah but all associates were providing great service to their customers. Also, it was a very cool and comfortable environment.

I love everything about MedMen! The associates are always beaming, respectful, chivalrous, and courteous. It's always clean, and the quality of customer service and products are unmatched. The only recommendation I'd make is a location in Niagara County! Please?

When I went to MedMen on Friday 12/18 I was immediately greeted by Jen McH, who offered to check me in. I explained that I didn’t have a medical card & that I just wanted to buy a sweatshirt as a gift. Jen was more than happy to help me & was so patient while I made my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. She even told me about a sale they were having on apparel! Thank you Jen!!!

I asked for the calm and recieved the wrong product. credit card machine wasn't working and they only were taking cash and I did not receive a receipt. I Went back to the store and told her that she gave me the wrong products and all she said was I'm sorry. I didn't even leave The parking lot And now I am screwed. this place is a rip off

I was at another visit to Medmen today and it's just a great place to go after years of less then anything but that! I have been a Pharma/Verilife and Columbia Care patient.... the fact that people actually are friendly, knowledgeable in a facility that's going through expansion of what it offer's and not a sell to you, what you need is the factor! They're is no reason when you go to a facility that you should not be A. be appreciated for the $ you probably are spending and B. After numerous visits maybe be friendly to same person, not like it's the first time they've been there....... 45 min ride each way and well worth every minute!!!

This was a wonderful first experience for me here in Nys. I was immediately greeted with a pleasant hello and wave to come check in. Kelly Rutledge was my hospitality associate and she was absolutely amazing and a delight to work with. She answered any possible question I could think of and helped me decide what medicine I should go with. I would highly recommend this store.

This is my place. Very good on Social distance and wiping things down. Enter and Check in with ID and Medical Card -> Order at checkin or ask questions and look at displays and get paperwork if new to MMJ to help explain and order -> Wait for them to call you-> Flash the IDs again & pay. Can order on leafly and just check in and pick up/pay. It is nice since they only allow in Patients and Caretakers in. They have some nice -Pens (all in one) with like 80ish hits or so. -Carts (replaceable top for Vapes if you own or buy a vape battery - like under $20 at MadMen if you need) -Ground Bud 7g All around $75-85ish at start of 2021 per product. They are priced nicely and have interesting strains but they keep the same ones around, mainly from Curaleaf and the consistency is nice. They do get new strains in every so often (might just be NYS and what they have access to) but you are looking at like 1/4 oz (7g) or a product that will pretty much last a week if you hit it often but not abuse. Stronger pain I would suggest just go Bud as the Bud seems a touch stronger and has more effects than the Pens of the same name. They all work well though! There is a month limit but they go over everything for you in there and break it down. honestly the guys and gals in here are super friendly and know what the products are and can help people brand new to the whole thing or your returning visit to help narrow what options other strains might hold for you. Quick, clean, and plenty of space. I believe Pets for people who need them are also allowed. Really good place, wish there were more around WNY!
