what's up with online order for pickup? its been down for days. Also been trying to call them numerous times throughout the last week without success. Customer service needs to step up.
This was definitely my go to place until the online ordering just completely shut off for no reason and no one picks the phone up every experience I’ve had there has been pretty good but now I can’t even figure out why I can’t order anymore so I guess I’ve got to go to somewhere else...
What happened guys?

I have been using PharmaCannis exclusively since I received my card and have always gone back. Excellent selection, quality, and deals provides me with no reason to change my dispensary choice. All the caregivers are extremely compassionate and have in-depth knowledge of the medicine available and which is best suited for your symptom. Highly recommend this dispensary if you are looking a high quality, high service partner.
ive came here many many times but the way i got treated today was kind of weird and offsetting.. I walked in and showed my id then was told to go upfront. Then a person told me to "walk straight ahead of me and he will take care of me". So I did exactly that and this cashier guy was on his PHONE, just looking on his phone AND HE KNEW I WALKED UP BUT STILL IGNORED ME LOL.. I told him your buddy told me to come straight here for pickup and the dumb guy was not having it. The fact that he ignored me on purpose really pissed me of and for him to just not really help me is a joke. really rude... he thought i was robbing the whole place or someshit, the whole vibe was really weird and that guy made me feel really uncomfortable and weird.
Online ordering sucks and hasn’t been updated in a week. Impossible to call and get through to actually talk to a human being that works there. Yes covid plays a role in this process as of late but at least step up the customer service game. Time to shop elsewhere
Convenient and nice staff, abrasive/angry security guards, tho.
Fairly pricey (even b4 tax) for outside the City of Chicago, but hey, it's Evanston, so no surprise--I mean they're selling to a wealthier North-Shore clientele.
They also allow far more pick-up orders than they are capable of processing, so I recommend you get there early, order from the parking garage right at 10 am, and get in line as soon as you get the confirmation text. That or plan on waiting for a good long time.

Ordered online and received pick up instructions and time. Got to the location and was greeted with a sign that said the store was closed. Why are you "processing orders" if you're closed

I won’t go into too much detail, but I had a very bad experience. My budtender was very rude and rushed me through the whole process. Very limited menu too, with almost no high cbd & 1:1 options and no sort of discounts or sales. I would recommend GreenGate for those in the area, it’s just 10 minutes south of here :)

I’ve been a customer for over 2 years. I have always had a wonderful experience getting my weed. The people are friendly, caring, empathetic, and always willing to do their best to serve my needs. My only complaint is that the strains are not very potent. I’ve been smoking a long time and may have built some tolerance but there are strains out there that can do the trick. Perhaps you can expand your wholesale dealers for a wider variety of potency. Other than that I highly recommend Pharmacannis in Evanston for your weed needs.

The young managers who run the Evanston Illinois store are a joke I will never buy another product here and not to mention they are going to lose a huge base of clientele due to how they treat customers do not buy here
Never experienced such rude doorfront security. Done visiting this place. Everytime I go it’s like I ruined their day by me being there. So tired of these crap atittudes.
This was my go-to. Friendly staff, in and out, organized and chill. Close to home even!
But online ordering has been down for some time, and Leafly is unfortunately the only way to order at this store, so now I have to go elsewhere.

I was welcomed in and comfortable from the start. The choices were fantastic and the knowledge of the help extraordinary! I look forward to going back and am very excited about the location for those of us who don't drive. Two thumbs up!

Once again in and out. Ordered yesterday right at ten, received my window from 10:00 to 10:45 (for flower, no less), hurried on over and was out in ten minutes. Early bird most definitely gets the worm.
No, it’s not like some of the “Apple” stores you’ll see out west, but it’s efficient for the most part and as the industry continues to grow and catch up with demand you’ll see an increase in selection.
I’m not sure if MedMen are aware that there is a deadly pandemic occurring, but news alert...putting many people (25-30) in a line in an enclosed vestibule is not a great way to your protect customers. Pre-ordering online made no difference in picking up my order order without needing to come into contact with multiple people from anywhere between 30-45 minutes. I left without my order.
I've been going to this location for about three years, and I've always had a great experience. The budtender's always do a great job and they are always friendly and very professional. *** Also the ability to order online and pickup, has made it so much faster. Thank you guys!!***
After looking online at lots of different dispensaries in the area, this location has the largest quantity of topicals to choose from, which is my main need. And is very competitively priced. Not to mention the Belly points, for a discount! And Free parking, in the lot nextdoor (if it is under an hour).
They also have quite a good selection of Vape cartridges. I live in a smoke-free building so that is a necessity. 😉

This is the fourth dispensary I've visited in Illinois and I see no reason to go back or look elsewhere. Pharmacannis's selection is extensive, with a solid mix of products in all popular categories, including bulk shake and popcorn buds. Not to mention, between the reliable daily deals, volume discounts, and weekly specials, it's a lot easier to access premium items without having to pay top dollar if you time your shopping strategically. The brightest-shining facet of this dispensary, however, is the service. The exceptionally friendly and helpful staff aren't afraid to give an opinion when asked but, more importantly, truly listen to and care about each patient that walks in the door. Highly recommend.

I've tried out all the dispensaries in the area and I always come back here. The selection is large, staff is nonpretentious and always friendly, volume and military discounts... I always get the best deal for what I'm buying here since I always stock up at least an oz at a time. We've seriously spent 35% more at other places that sell from the same cultivators and have the same stock. They don't seem to advertise their business as aggressively as other dispensaries, that's just fine with me since I'm going to keep coming back to Pharmacannis to the budtenders I've been seeing for 3 years. :D

I can't actually give it any stars.
I suspected from the fact that they won't even shell out for their own webstore that this was going to be a disaster. Never got inside and was told after waiting in line for 30 minutes that they were shutting everything down for the day. They could have said something when the 6 people standing out front greeted me and directed me around the corner, but didn't. If you don't care about my time, I won't waste it going back. Total shitshow. Not impressed.

Great dispensary! Not the flashiest, but quick in-out and friendly staff. Selection varies day-to-day but it is what it is until the supply side catches up. All concerns in regards to the availability of flower product should be addressed to the State of Illinois, not your local dispensary by the way.
MedMen definitely has a clinical feel to it. But we are also living in a strange period due to COVID right now. It's very much in and out as quick as possible. It's certainly not the most pleasurable of experiences but they have a system that seems to work, regardless. I'm not sure the hangout browse and purchase vibe is what MedMen are about., personally You might argue that some staff could be friendlier. I've found all the staff serving to be kind, friendly, and helpful. The herding staff to get you where you belong, could use some work. I also had an issue with a cartridge I bought, which MedMen helped me with both promptly and satisfactory. So a big thank you for caring about your customers! We should give these people a little more credit than they are getting.
Good product selections however employees are often rude, careless, and the ordering system needs to be fixed. Countless times have I gone to the dispensary to be told EVERYTHING I ordered is out of stock. Outrageous.
