The staff over here are great. Everybody is helpful and knowledgeable about the medications. They carry the best pruducts with huge selection. They also run specials and deals which help patients like myself [tight budget] afford medication. I highly recommend giving them a try. From day 1 I knew I wouldnt be changing dispensary anytime soon!

Great dispensary! Not the flashiest, but quick in-out and friendly staff. Selection varies day-to-day but it is what it is until the supply side catches up. All concerns in regards to the availability of flower product should be addressed to the State of Illinois, not your local dispensary by the way.
Good experience with ordering and picking up. It seems the lines are shorter than some weeks ago. Ask for your vet/sen discount when picking up...Friendly cashiers. I use a debit card so I don't have to carry cash to purchase.
Quality has always been top drawer. My tip is to try the flower shake if offered. Good value.
This is the fourth dispensary I've visited in Illinois and I see no reason to go back or look elsewhere. Pharmacannis's selection is extensive, with a solid mix of products in all popular categories, including bulk shake and popcorn buds. Not to mention, between the reliable daily deals, volume discounts, and weekly specials, it's a lot easier to access premium items without having to pay top dollar if you time your shopping strategically. The brightest-shining facet of this dispensary, however, is the service. The exceptionally friendly and helpful staff aren't afraid to give an opinion when asked but, more importantly, truly listen to and care about each patient that walks in the door. Highly recommend.
I've tried out all the dispensaries in the area and I always come back here. The selection is large, staff is nonpretentious and always friendly, volume and military discounts... I always get the best deal for what I'm buying here since I always stock up at least an oz at a time. We've seriously spent 35% more at other places that sell from the same cultivators and have the same stock. They don't seem to advertise their business as aggressively as other dispensaries, that's just fine with me since I'm going to keep coming back to Pharmacannis to the budtenders I've been seeing for 3 years. :D
Today was my first time in your business. I want to express my thank you and admiration to your staff for working so hard for your clientele. The process I just experienced is impacted by a world pandemic and you essentially put yourselves in the front line to care for your patients and recreational uses. I want to say that if this is how you service the public today -- I am very much looking forward to coming back again after our world returns to a new normal. Your system is taking all precautions for your staff and the public. I am confident that you will receive numerous compliments and fat tips! People say why do dispensary choose to remain open in such times? I say that you are both health workers and people who bring hope. Please take care and stay open as much as you can!
All I can say is that this dispensary is the best I've visited in Illinois. The staff are incredible! They are very helpful and are up to date on the genetic profiles of the product/plant being offered and how that can be applied to patient needs. Kudos to Amber, Harrison, J.D., Ray and Marcy! Every single one of you rock!
The people are nice, But as a recreational buyer you CANNOT buy flower (bud) because they NEVER Have flower in stock!

I've been here a handful of times and they are usually out of flower for recreational use. However they always have other alternatives, the staff is helpful, friendly and they are located in a convenient location where you can find parking.
Order online, get text: order ready. When you get there, order not ready. you wait while they then pull your items... Every visit the same. More dispensaries needed in Evanston. A little competition to help MedMen snap out of it. They are way too complacent. Enjoy Your Monopoly While It Lasts!

Very efficient process, quick and safety was top priority. I didn’t fully understand the process for online pickup but once I arrived it was super easy and went very smoothly.
Everyone is helpful and friendly. Ray always hooks me up and is super knowledgeable. Not a huge selection, but the quality of what they do offer is great.
Very professional and helpful. There is an ATM machine on site, which is nice. Calm and serene environment. They don't have edibles or tinctures as of February 18, but I was told they will be getting some soon. Prices are very reasonable.
