Rolan from the call center does the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with in my life. After I spoke with him and he took the time to try to locate what I was looking for he called each individual store and then called me back twice updating me with the results. Best service ever.

I really enjoy my visit everyone was very nice and helpful! Amanda helped me select some very nice new flavors loved how joyful and patient she was !!! I’ll definitely be back soon !

I actually loved that I got there when it was slower. I was helped right away and Jameel listened to my needs and had a very easy going vibe that really helped me feel at home. Especially since I was in a rush. Truly the stars aligned, ZenLeaf was on my way home, it was fast easy and OH MY WEED, the strain was perfect. We got 14grams of Trideri, hubby loves it. Jameel also helped me create an account and I was very pleasantly surprised that this ZenLeaf is part of the family of dispensaries I shop at when in Vegas! Bonus Bonus Bonus

I can not even tell you how it feels to be medical and get we do not have your order that you ordered.This was tonight for the 10th time in 6 months medical can call and have the order ready.But half the time they do not have what I reserved.Tonight was 4 grams of dosedo considerate I did not get 1 of them.The manager tells me someone beat me to it but I know he lies!It happens all the time.And I am a medical card holder.I am so sick of this get a life people you dont need to rip off medical patients

Numerous visits trying various products. Some products are quite good. Service has always been courteous. One small problem with ordering on my computer.. The pickup time does not update by itself.. I have to refresh my screen for that to happen. Most recent visits there was no line to speak of. Best to come early.

I had a swift and positive 1st experience . I picked up an Ozone pre roll and would highly recommend to come for that here, as well as gear! Loved the gear variety available.

This place is more proof of why stores such as Walmart, etc. would be better off selling marijuana, and why government managed dispensaries are a joke. For starters they guard this place like it was Fort Knox and they interrogate you just to get in there. You really better be ready to lose your dignity to shop at this overpriced, unfriendly, place if you want to do business with them. You can forget about the help being friendly and greeting with you with smiles, it's more like just the opposite there. They act as if they're doing you some kind of favor by just letting you enter the place. In my case even though I'm dying from cancer and even showed them my prescription, they just didn't care and treated me poorly. The end result was I left this place upset and was more than happy to tell them what I think about them. Unfortunately this place is just as mismanaged if not worse than the state of Illinois.

I’ve crossed paths with a number of different individuals who have both worked and purchased from this location, who have made note that the turnover rate is incredibly high, and their 5 star reviews are typically written by employees or customers offered incentives. I’m also familiar with a number of people who have purchased poor, or even moldy product from this dispensary. Would not recommend doing business here.

I love the people here. They always know what to recommend for what I need, and I always look forward to seeing them! I especially want to recognize Tiela, Kevin, and Amanda for their helpfulness and expertise.

Today was my first time to Zen Leaf. After looking at their great selection of medical cannabis products in stock, I placed a pre-order last night. Received an email this morning that my order was ready. Isaiah helped me with my pickup when I arrived, and I have to say the whole experience was a pleasure!
