With all there is to know, Corey came through with all the knowledge. They really made it easy to decide what was best for our needs. Great first experience and will definitely be coming back!! 😉

I like the location. Typically not too long for wait. My only problem with this location is that they run out of their Luxlyte products (esp. pens) fairly quick. I do plan on returning but because I am limited with where I can go. If they kept their inventory stocked and maybe offered more deals I’d be more inclined to refer or go more.

Called to place an order. Rep was “ too busy” to help me.

The products that you recommended are excellent and I am a really happy camper. As an old hippy, I had to laugh at the fact that I could go into a store across from the NY Public Library and by marijuana supplies legally. Life is good! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.

Hit up MedMen in Bryant Park on a Tuesday to pick up some flower. Huge, airy store, with a great process to get what you are looking for every step of the way. Barbara was excellent up front getting me checked in and Rodrick got me the flower that I was looking for along w a loyalty stamp for my purchase. Excellent dispensary and service!

Everyone was nice but the fact they could T access my Medical Marijuana certificate was maddening. I’d placed my order, received texts and emails showing the status of Ny order. I even called MedMen and spoke to someone to add to my order and NOBODY told me I needed to bring in my Certificate because their system was down. So I had to backtrack and go back home, get my certificate and head back to MedMen.

i will be back again
