I have managed to avoid this dispensary because of what I’ve heard from the industry practices it just didn’t feel aligned with me. I was desperate for a bathroom so figured I’m here, I’ll stop in and buy something. The behind the counter was super rude, in a way that it was clear that he had no idea he was being rude, but definitely need some hospitality training. The experience was, not an experience at all really. The most disappointing aspect was that they didn’t even have a bathroom. This is quite literally the only medical dispensary I’ve been to in the entire country that did not consider their patients when designing their space. The fact that they didn’t have a bathroom really confirmed everything I thought about this company. I know they’re not doing well, and I hope that their bankruptcy is a smooth one.

I really like their product. I hope they can stay in business. Their products work better for me than any of their local competitors. I also hope they can work on keeping their inventory in stock.

This place is ok. The products are a bit pricey but their sales staff named Jelen was the best. She was so knowledgeable and courteous. She was very helpful made me comfortable on my first visit. Will go back just for her.

I have been a customer at MedMen for about a year. The service is very good and the staff has good product knowledge. However, my last visit was surprising, I experienced next level customer service by Kristian. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and I left the store feeling uplifted. The products that you recommended are excellent and I am a really happy camper. As an old hippy, I had to laugh at the fact that I could go into a store across from the NY Public Library and by marijuana supplies legally. Life is good! If you are a medical patient seeking patient centered care, this is not the place to go. Medmen has good medicine/product. However, their “sales” are deceptive and purchase order portals as well as pick-up policies are not readily available to patients at online checkout when the order is placed on a Sunday. This organization is setting itself up for recreational sales and the patient is not their focus. I would only recommend this place for recreational users. I hope corporate can improve patient centered practices. Recreational build out is their priority.

Yesterday, May 13 was my first time visiting MedMen in Manhattan to get more info on & purchase CBD gummies for the feelings of anxiety that I've been experiencing for awhile now. Cesar, the MedMen team member who helped me, was kind, personable and knowlegeable. I definitely will be visiting MedMen again. Plus it's conveniently located a block from where I work.

I can't seem to update my previous review... a manager from MedMen contacted me shortly after I submitted it and was much more generous. (However, the response was quick, so I doubt they read the negative review before addressing my complaint.) This is the review I am referring to: I have been shopping at MedMen for nearly a year–their selection is decent by New York standards, as are the costs. The service has always been friendly. However, I recently had my first incident that required customer service, which prompted this review. I purchased 7g of Vireo Remo Chemo (RMC) Black 1:50. Only after getting home and trying it did I notice it was Remo Chemo (RMC) RED 1:19. MedMen offered to exchange it for another product plus 10% off. Had I wanted another product, I would have purchased it, but their selection was particularly poor. 10% would barely cover the cost of transportation, and I can't afford 2+ hours out of my day. Medical marijuana is already too expensive and strains are too difficult to find. I'm a known, regular customer at MedMen. Their response was very disappointing. Always check your bag before you leave.

This is not the first time I have shopped here, however, this time I was helped by Ceaser. He was amazing! Had great knowledge of the products, was genuine and kind. As a result, I had an amazing experience and would recommend his name to anyone with their medical card.
