How can you have “Wyld Wednesdays” and NOT have what you normally sell? Gonna have to make a call I guess. Rain check? Extra stickers? 2 for 1 when the order finally gets in? We’ll see. For now, very disappointed.

I really like that the taxes are in the price up front. That is mainly why I shop at Natures Treatment Milan as opposed to Terrace Cannabis Milan. Sometimes I am on a budget and hate having to stop and do math to see if I can afford something with tax included.

I love NTI Milan. Everyone is always so polite and welcoming from security to the budtenders. They are very knowledgeable and will help guide you through the menu without making you feel embarrassed or uneducated. I had a great experience today with Jessica W! Definitely the best dispensary I have been to.

All of the bud tenders are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions about the products at NTI.

I buy here because they are the cheapest of the three local shops, and they give you a total price with all taxes. Staff is usually helpful. However, last time, after buying many, many cartridges there, a get a bad one, so I call the shop, oh no you have to send pics, and all your info to the website. So I sent pic of cartridge, with there package, with all the government control numbers. Back and forth with them, oh no receipt, out of luck, they can easily look this up with package number, I ordered it on line, but I get a no, tough luck. Absolutely no respect for customer base!!!!

Facility was clean and organized - all staff present was inviting and friendly. The wait was maybe 10 minutes and I was on my way. Wish I would’ve purchased more but I’ll be back!
