My favorite part about Natures Treatment is Jen!! She always makes the experience an awesome one!! She is always super helpful when I have any questions or need recommendations! I come back just because of her! But on a side note! I really dislike the new uniforms and the tablets!! What happened to the paper menus? And while there is nothing wrong with polos, it's nice to see customer service agents how they feel most comfortable and have the ability to show their personality! But other than that, the customer service and products are great!

So I discovered this dispenserary right after recreational cannabis went legal in Illinois and fell in love with the place after getting my medical card. They are always very friendly, the check in staff is super accommodating, I never feel rushed and the tablets with the Leafly menu already pulled up is a game changer when you're not sure what you want. That's the customer service side of it. I feel as though I've watched this dispenserary grow and it's been cool to see they way they've headed. From the quality and always a great selection to the deals on same strain ounces and half ounces to the veteran discount and more. Top notch!! Thank you all for all you do!! I highly recommend NTI!! I have been a medical patient there for several years & have always had a positive experience when shopping there. All of the employees are very friendly & knowledgeable, it’s in a great location, good selection to choose from, I like the online order option & love that they provide curbside service for medical patients.

I am a routine customer create my order on leafly and go pick it up and they are always helpful. Today they removed 2 items from my order even though my order was under the gram limit(5g) at 4.2g. They said it goes by the THC percentage I then asked how you are supposed to know when you place your order based on THC percentages if your over, this website doesn’t do that. The attitude I got was “Oh well”. That is the first time I have heard of this. I wish there was a way to figure this out when you’re ordering.

I don't usually have to stand outside when I visit but I see a lot of people do end up waiting in long lines on the the rec side. That's the only downside I've found other wise great staff clean facilities

I love this place the people and the service. Everything seems to progress all the time too. I love the computers and added safety measures! And EVERYONE is friendly ♥️ One suggestion..maybe a large sign out front to be on the list. I see a lot of people who don’t know and I didn’t my first time.

I love NTI Milan. Everyone is always so polite and welcoming from security to the budtenders. They are very knowledgeable and will help guide you through the menu without making you feel embarrassed or uneducated. I had a great experience today with Jessica W! Definitely the best dispensary I have been to.

I am happy with the employees that work there they were very friendly and helpful but I had also placed an order in advance which in my honest opinion is the way to go. The only problem I had was with a lady when I went to enter the building who felt the need to practically push me back out because there was no room but I digress. Product wise it's okay, I purchased two bottles of edibles and I took two pieces and I'm relaxed but nothing really amazing not compared to Delta 8 which am I honest opinion is 10 times Superior but I am willing to try the products from them and I will go there again.
