However, most of the employees are pleasant and knowledgeable but lately they act as if they could care less and some even downright disrespectful. Isn't the way to do business. Can't wait to see the new place next door open. Hopefully I won't have to come back

The quality has gotten bad don't known if they are running out with the suppliers or what. Very few sativa choices! And most of the flower is dark in color.. u get what u pay for here! 50.00 or more for an 1/8. Stay away from galaxy labs its not good.............

Goes above and beyond. Many days I don't have my legs underneath me....but the thing about disability is sometimes you forget right until you are forced to remember. This service provides me to still feel independent. I forgot to put my cane's in my car, and was 10 min past the drive up pick up time. I asked another customer for help and gladly they lent me their shoulders so I could make it in for my order. The desk instantly knew I needed some leeway....and knew I could not walk much further. I showed all my identification and they helped me back to my car while carrying my product for me. It's all the little things that make having MS hard....but this day it was a BIG deal for me to know that there are kind humans working at NTI, Moline who care.

Truly a great experience with each visit. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and friendly. NTI is the only dispensary I use but I would love to see more sativa products with higher THC percentage.

My favorite part about Natures Treatment is Jen!! She always makes the experience an awesome one!! She is always super helpful when I have any questions or need recommendations! I come back just because of her! But on a side note! I really dislike the new uniforms and the tablets!! What happened to the paper menus? And while there is nothing wrong with polos, it's nice to see customer service agents how they feel most comfortable and have the ability to show their personality! But other than that, the customer service and products are great!

Got online and placed a order, (grassroots, trim and shake), ordered 2, when I got home one package was empty, still sealed and no product, budtenders show you the container but you can never see if product is in there till you leave, and process for a fix is very slow, also once those grams are sold you can’t get them back to make a different purchase
