My airopro cartridge don’t work

I’ve been here sooo many times and today I got a 1/2 oz of Kush Mints. It’s the best I’ve had so far from here! Deep, heavy body high. Super relaxing! NTI is a really overall chill spot, sometimes it gets a bit of a line but early mornings are best time to go!

My concierge @ register #3 was quite knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what he was talking about! Thanks 😊

big time regular here. quality is no issue here and the bud tenders are helpful and friendly. fast service & good recommendations if you’re a newbie to nti. i’d also like to give a shoutout to Jen she’s great. banana runtz was 11/10

Facility was clean and organized - all staff present was inviting and friendly. The wait was maybe 10 minutes and I was on my way. Wish I would’ve purchased more but I’ll be back!

I ordered online to make it a smooth transaction. It was nice to have that option. The packaging I ordered online had the metal container in the pic. I got the pouches that are supposed to be resealable. I have to put them in a zip lock bag because they don't reseal well. The metal one would have been nice!! I'll pay closer attention next time to make sure what I get, is what I ordered! The young lady that helped was very helpful! A pleasure to have her help me!

I'm upset I didn't get my stickers and the budtender never reminded about them

Honestly, my only minor complaint would be the flower is occasionally kinda “old” harvest/packaging date. NOT the dispensary’s doing, I guess… budtenders are always nice, some more helpful than others. Between the sale price, my filled stamp card, and a birthday coupon, the original price of $180 went to $66. Beat that!! Might have to with new local dispensaries on the horizon !

If you people don’t like how the dispensary conducts there operations, don’t go. Second yes they are a bit over priced but it’s until a rich person opens another dispensary to give nti competition on prices like the neighborhood dealer, the dispensary is following all the laws in regards to regulations, it’s still federal illegal, how many bad reviews would people write if the fbi stopped and arrested everyone in that parking lot.

this is a follow up to my previous review (from 12/7) as I cannot edit that one.   I sent the email to NTI about what happened and within an hour, I received a response!   The representative issued me a full credit that I was able to use today seemingly!!  I didn't have to wait the 2 to 5 business days for a response and there was no hassle about the credit issued.  I switched to NTI because I felt that too many dispos were putting  the rec before medical.  I have never once experienced this at NTI.  They always have a wide variety of products as well as great sales.  As an added perk, they have the lowest prices within a 250 mile radius of the quad cities

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Like any dispensary though, you have to wait awhile before you’re allowed to go in due to the pandemic. But am overall satisfied
