So I discovered this dispenserary right after recreational cannabis went legal in Illinois and fell in love with the place after getting my medical card. They are always very friendly, the check in staff is super accommodating, I never feel rushed and the tablets with the Leafly menu already pulled up is a game changer when you're not sure what you want. That's the customer service side of it. I feel as though I've watched this dispenserary grow and it's been cool to see they way they've headed. From the quality and always a great selection to the deals on same strain ounces and half ounces to the veteran discount and more. Top notch!! Thank you all for all you do!! Leafly says my was canceled but I already had picked the order up!

I don't usually have to stand outside when I visit but I see a lot of people do end up waiting in long lines on the the rec side. That's the only downside I've found other wise great staff clean facilities

this is a follow up to my previous review (from 12/7) as I cannot edit that one.   I sent the email to NTI about what happened and within an hour, I received a response!   The representative issued me a full credit that I was able to use today seemingly!!  I didn't have to wait the 2 to 5 business days for a response and there was no hassle about the credit issued.  I switched to NTI because I felt that too many dispos were putting  the rec before medical.  I have never once experienced this at NTI.  They always have a wide variety of products as well as great sales.  As an added perk, they have the lowest prices within a 250 mile radius of the quad cities

Customer service is terrible. I’ve asked for help on items and they tell me “idk” I’ve sat and waited on orders as a medical patient for 30+ while Rec users are done before me. They care more about Rec than their medical patients. It’s sad

I’ve been here sooo many times and today I got a 1/2 oz of Kush Mints. It’s the best I’ve had so far from here! Deep, heavy body high. Super relaxing! NTI is a really overall chill spot, sometimes it gets a bit of a line but early mornings are best time to go!

What about allowing online orders to go to the front of the line and go to a few dedicated budtenders?? This would speed up the lines.

It helps when you know what you want. Service is excellent, budtenders are awesome.
