I highly recommend NTI!! I have been a medical patient there for several years & have always had a positive experience when shopping there. All of the employees are very friendly & knowledgeable, it’s in a great location, good selection to choose from, I like the online order option & love that they provide curbside service for medical patients.

Great budtender, quick wait times

I am a routine customer create my order on leafly and go pick it up and they are always helpful. Today they removed 2 items from my order even though my order was under the gram limit(5g) at 4.2g. They said it goes by the THC percentage I then asked how you are supposed to know when you place your order based on THC percentages if your over, this website doesn’t do that. The attitude I got was “Oh well”. That is the first time I have heard of this. I wish there was a way to figure this out when you’re ordering.

The budtenders are always awesome- but having to get on the wait list and wait 2 hours for an online order that's ready for pickup in 10 minutes is the bad part. Maybe an "online orders only" area ??

This is my favorite store the only thing I think is crapy is a Oz during the week $170 the same Oz on Thursday was $$136 and now its $210 on Friday they should not do this on the med side

The website is NOT user friendly. Someone needs to simplify the pre order and wait list format. As far as the store, I’ve had excellent service and never a long wait but I always pre order and get on waitlist when I’m an hour away from arriving.

This was my very first experience and it was a great one! I had no idea what to expect or what the flow was. The space is clean and well organized. Each and every employee was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Brian was the specialist assisting and he was absolutely wonderful, very patient and extremely helpful!! I am happy with the employees that work there they were very friendly and helpful but I had also placed an order in advance which in my honest opinion is the way to go. The only problem I had was with a lady when I went to enter the building who felt the need to practically push me back out because there was no room but I digress. Product wise it's okay, I purchased two bottles of edibles and I took two pieces and I'm relaxed but nothing really amazing not compared to Delta 8 which am I honest opinion is 10 times Superior but I am willing to try the products from them and I will go there again.

The bud tenders here are always so knowledgeable and friendly. Never had a bad experience here.

I forgot to get my stickers for my loyalty card and the clerk didn’t ask about it so bummer on that but otherwise everything went nice and smooth despite it being sooo busy
