I have been to a number of border dispensaries and in terms of physical plant, Milan is at the bottom. It's both low-rent in decor and low on maintenance. The staff are fine.

Staff are very friendly and try to help as much as they can some more then others.. knowledge seems to vary from person to person but overall most give good advice on products .the product on the other hand is way to expensive for something that varies so much from batch to batch but that isn't the dispensary's fault that's a cultivator issue but nti usually makes it right for me almost every time there is a product issue i continue to trust they will take care of my needs

The quality has gotten bad don't known if they are running out with the suppliers or what. Very few sativa choices! And most of the flower is dark in color.. u get what u pay for here! 50.00 or more for an 1/8. Stay away from galaxy labs its not good.............

This NTI is a routine now. I like consistency! I was anti public transportation until I gave up my vehicle to go to Austria in 2017! I have a Vet metro bus pass and the bus ride from my new location is a lot less complicated! The ride to NTI is the only Metro ride I enjoy! Now it only takes 2 hours round trip vs. 3!. This MilanNTI store is awesome! They even helped me in the store get my MMC provisional letter uploaded into their system so I didn't have to find a printer or print it out! 2 past visits I missed out on my Veterans discounts because online orders default to no discount and I didnt realize it and the only clerk in the store that doesn't care I got him but I called the store and they gave me my discounts! And now that I have my MMC provisional I won't have to deal with that guy no more. Everyone else is awesome! The products are awesome. The only thing I have any negative news for is long lines, the place is like a Starbucks on certain days, but I don't worry about it with my online order and MMC, I go right in the express line and catch my return bus within 20 min every time! 10 stars! 🌟☆ 🌟☆ 🌟☆🌟☆🌟☆!

I ordered after open about 30 min and apparently they didn’t refresh their system so after work I ordered to make sure I would get the flower I wanted when I woke up before work and when getting their they couldn’t find my order and when they did it was sold out and the one they had other then that for the same price was not close to potency so since they didn’t offer anything else to make up for their mistake I guess I go with out for the day
