We started as recreational patients and are now medical patients. Great experience on both sides. Our Bud tenders are always friendly, helpful and eager to share their knowledge! Pick up is quick and easy, the leafly ap is easy to navigate. Great products and atmosphere.

Saturday on October 25th I went to Milan il dispensary as a caregiver which she pre-ordered on line and I received text that was ready for pickup but when I got there from out of town she said that it was not there n couldn't find it was gummy n get one free. She was very disappointed as I was to travel to help her. Is this a common practice where u text it's ready but not really. She needs for pain and sleep. I believe u need to make up for it

Online orders to moved to the front of the line. Atmosphere is too sterile.

Had a couple of carts that were leaking at one point but a helpful employee informed me that I would be able to make a return and gave me the information to do so. But otherwise it's a place I'd recommend.

Need to have more sales/daily specials like the NTI in Galesburg has.

please tell customers when they are about to buy Delta-9 and not actual THC. I bought some Simply Herb today and even tho it says 29% that 29% is THCA and the amount of THC is .3%. That is a ripoff because I'm expecting actual marijuana. I can purchase hemp/Delta 9 for much cheaper. No wonder I wasn't getting "high" of the weed I bought.

I drive out of my way to come to this dispensary. The selection always seems to be great even when they have a lower selection than usual. All of the bud tenders I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been wonderful. I typically either know what I want or have pre ordered. Even then the awesome bud tenders at this location still have great suggestions! 5 stars all the way! Keep on being AWESOME!!!
