the place sells dry weed and very rarely have great weed,improvements very nesc.

Great staff- helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Great selection- multiple strains available for flower and vape. That’s “‘my world”. I don’t know much about (right now) shatter, wax or edibles, etc. Convenient- about 1 mile off of exit 18 on I-91N. For me, I can get there in about the same time as it would to go to the Brookline location. While Brookline is about 1/2 the distance away, the traffic, parking and hassle of going there makes the ~70 mile drive well worth it. Plus I can hit the Easthampton Antonio’s on the way back. One tip- the APEX ONE vape pen is an all-in-one delivery vehicle. No charging needed. You get about 300mg of pure oil. No PG OR VG fillers. That in itself is a great value. Also, great discounts for new costumers. You can also order ahead via their website.

I find for medicinal purposes NETA'S flower is awesome. .on every level..as far as the fruity flavors strains claim to have...well..Ive experienced the flavor is incredible after TAC. 24....below...no way..still great medicine though..!

great location, friendly helpful staff (Liz and Angie were welcoming and informative), and a full ever changing menu. last visit left me without grape ox, but I was shown other available strains with similar end results. flowers all look great and the caramels do the trick. price is right for convenience and quality, can not wait to try more product like the dose bars and lozenges. will absolutely return and recommend

I love the Northampton location. The staff is very knowledgeable. There are a couple budtenders that stand out to me. I try to wait for either Tyler or Noah. Both really get it. My brother works in the industry and agrees with a lot of what they have to say. Top Notch. Thanks Guys!

Great service and product

Came here once, flower looks smells good, high was OK for just the sweet tooth everything else was wack. Concentrates are trash. Only spent 200$ and got 400$ worth for new patient sign up since I recently got my card & the staff was kinda firm & lacked personality or interest in her own job but im not sensitive like most people but other then that i wouldn’t be quick to go here its a 7/11 for weed big crowds & mediocre product

Neta replyed back with this: "Our team takes great care to ensure that all flower is carefully dried and cured as best as possible for each batch. This is usually about 10-14 days for dry time, then 7-14 days for cure time, depending on the batch. The majority of our patients prefer flower that has not been overdried and we use Boveda packs to prevent this after cure is finished." Their dry time is Good 10-14 days but you need to cure bud for atleast 5 months. The bud will not become any dryer then what Neta offers now, but instead the process of the water being pulled from the buds is at a much slow rate and is overall big factor with smoothness and tast of the marijuana. If you speed this process up you will lock in chlorophyll pigments making all the weed tast the same&bad and harsh on the lungs. Marijuana is like wine, if it take 20years for the wine to be ready then it takes 20years not a day shorter or your being sold a wine that's not ready. newb then u'l never notice this issue and that is wrong of neta. They speed the entire process up if the growing to get the marijuana out fast ( u'l never get big fat nug from them)! I don't see how testing the product could cost so much and still call it competitive price and good explanation. Okay, the concentrates are bomb because you don't need to cure concentrates ( some of the best shatter is made from fresh trimmings)”. You do not need to cure marijuana when makeing concentrates with butane because chlorophyll is a polar bond & butane is a non-polar bond so the extract of concentrates has no chlorophyll.

Good spot. Great customer service and the menu has expanded, although at times it is limited as is the amounts of whichever item you wish to purchase. Free apples while you wait, and waiting will happen, even using their express line. Overall great quality on the menu and my primary shop.

The staff in this dispensary are professional. The prices are semi-reasonable for now, eventually they should go down to make it reasonable. The service was very fast and on point(wearing gloves = cleanliness). It is easy to make a quick purchase without much hassle or confusion. The menu were very easy to understand and the variety is highly appreciated! I definitively recommend this dispensary to anyone who wants an easy & legal purchase of your favorite cannabis products.

even though it is limited and doesn't come cheap..but i would much rather buy weed at a legal store on my own terms instead of dealing with "dealers" who will promise to get you weed and call you back and they either don't call back or they don't show up! no mind games here (even though it is pricey and can only get a certain amount)

I bought two bottles of tincture 10 milliliters each supposed to be over 400 drops each, when I got home I find out was not even 50 drops per bottle. They sell the bottle unsealed....?,the bottle are very dark you cannot see how much it's in the bottle. I tried to call them when they heard the story they don't want to pick up my phone anymore

Sorry I need to knock down my prior 5 star review because of the quality of the bud I bought at my last visit. What happened? Service as always was fine but I paid $85.00 for 5 grams of B grade.

Always helpful and nice here. Easy to get in and out. Attentive to medical patient needs even with the addition of recreational.

Best product around!

Avoid at all costs. I LOVED NETA and their amazing and caring staff. Greed took over throughout the years and the selection went downhill. I cannot imagine why on earth they still employ police to direct traffic there either. They’re not that popular anymore with their downhill quality. None of the original staff are still there and for such high quality employees to no longer work there speaks volumes. Go anywhere else. The product is junk and over priced.

Great location; easy to access with parking. Folks were truly helpful. First time I arrived, Colleen went out of her way to assist me with knowledgeable info and a warm demeanor. Great experience. Would be great to see more diverse workers, though.

Sorry guys I agree with Donny! The shatter is average at best! I like the flower you guys sell, but the rest, shatter, edibles, and tincture is not good at all.
