I haven't been there in a year because of the last bad experience I had, but after a friend told me about the special they had I decided to give them another chance. Even found the special on their website. When I got there the girl looked at me like I was crazy when I told her what special I wanted Even pulled up their website and showed them, but they wouldn't honor it even though it was on their website. So I left I and will definitely not be going back.

this is my home dispo they always get my medication correct! everytime I go somewhere else I spend to much money or didnt end up with something I wanted.

I have epilepsy and I bring my Shih Tzu with me who is my service dog, and it feels so good to have people love on him and not give me any grief about having him in the store. Also since I have epilepsy there’s some strains that I cannot have and the staff always works with me and spends as much as amount of time that I need in order to get the products that I need. Nirvana is the only Dispensary for me thank you guys so much.

I've been a customer now for sometime at Nirvana. I bought an OZ of Jenny Kush and for starters I can tell you this Jenny Kush isn't even a hint of the strain! It's a terrible taste and I've smoked J Kush many many times! They are using growers that haven't a clue how to grow flower. I also bought Gelato # 33, AK 47 and Dragon fruit. I was very disappointed in all 4 strains which btw are from COPPER STATE FARMS. So these young kids that are now involved in the growing, distributing and sales of the Cannabis are misrepresenting the true taste and effect of the strains that we've all come to love and know! The legalization and sales of Marijuana has gotten in the wrong hands folks! These growers have no idea of what they are doing and now passing on DIRT WEED and actually charging for it. I am a medical patient and it is frustrating not being able to get decent meds.

I come to the Apache location almost daily, as I really enjoy their theirs deals on flower. I enjoy most of the staff and always feel welcomed. A few of the new budtenders are a dope addition like Jena and a few others.

So I've been shopping here since this place opened in my hometown. I've became less and less of a fan over time, and my last visit really disappointed me. I only have ever had good service with 1 budtender, she is the older lady with glasses. The front desk and even the security guards are always nicer than the rest of the staff. Nobody else in the back room seems to be very friendly or knowledgeable. They either seem too high to do their job properly or doesn't care enough about the customers. Anyways my last visit I noticed a sign indicating they will be rounding down purchases .49 and under and rounding up purchases .50 and higher to the nearest dollar unless told otherwise. When I asked my cashier if my order could not be rounded, as I collect change, I was told by another employee that it's against their policy. When trying to get clarity on the situation, the other employee TORE DOWN the sign right in front of me telling me it didn't matter what the sign said, that is their policy. After this I checked out with my cashier and went about my day, unfortunately knowing I'll never come back. I hope the business continues to do well and the employees can support themselves, but at the same time I hope they take a look at how they treat the people who come to give them our hard earned money to do so.

Brady is a great budtender! always has great recommendations and is very personable. love this place and glad it's back!

my only thing is the wait can be so lo g and the lobby is so mellow i almost fall asleep everytime. lol so maybe get bigger softer chairs. nap chairs
