Nirvana is awesome, drive over an hour and a half to come here. They have the best deals hands down an change constantly so you always have variety that won't break the bank. friendly staff and high quality products. always will stop in and go out of my way to make a trip here before anywhere else in az.

I've been there a few times now, and I really enjoy this! everyone really knows what they are talking about. and today i worked with Bart, and he was great! he really helped me find what was best for me at the best price! So happy to have found Nirvana!

Used to love this place had awesome specials killer buds great happy hour in the am and pm the staff is super cool that said they brought out their “platinum” shelf which upped prices and killed happy hour specials not to mention the last 2 times I bought it the buds were full of seeds manager was able to sue anything due to policy understandable not mad but they have lost my business for good this time

first let me say staff is very nice and informative about stuff and flower is usually nice and they do have great deals going all the time BUT every time I shop at this nirvana mistakes seem to happen that costs me extra money every time!!, whether it be wasting gas driving down there to pick up an order that was confirmed ready then when I get there they tell me sorry but we just ran out of that. why did I get a confirmation to come down and get it then? I got no solid answer back on that one and then tryed to sell me less of what I wanted for more money. not cool at all ( that's happened twice) or like last night how I was charged full price for an item that was on sell, like a dummy I didn't catch on to it till after I left, I call em and yes I was over charged and instead of saying come back and get your money back ( which honestly I needed bc of this covid-19 outbreak and the lack of work going on) they gave me credit for the exact amount, didn't bother to maybe give me a little more for there mistake and the waste of my future time with them. I will use my credit for my last and final visit to Apache nirvana when I have to reup on my meds. they should of just given me my money back,not credit. this is there 3rd huge mistake they've done to me and have never reached back out to me to apologize or make it right. sorry to be negative about my feedback guys but I'm not happy with these situations I've been put in by your store. I wish you would make it right with me bc I'm actually a good customer

if I could give one piece of advice it would be to get rid of the big guy with glasses. Dude acts like my parent, I DONT NEED HIM TO MAKE MY CHOICES FOR ME! He has ZERO customer service or soft skills at all. I come in to make my own choices. Why not ask me what kind of preroll I want? or what kind of flower? This guy just makes the choice for me. I left today with a preroll I didn't even want because he had no desire to even have a conversation with me about what I wanted! This dude is terrible and I will only be coming back when Melvin is working from now on. I love Nirvana just not that budtender.

First time patient in the store today !! And wow is an understatement for how amazing this place was very clean and tidy as well , Micheal (long curly hair) was my bud tender and man was he helpful he had a wide variety of knowledge about the menu and products they carry he suggested some desert lime which gave me all the effects I explained to him !. definitely will come back and recommend to friends after this visit 5 stars all the way around

If you’re going to advertise a special it should be available to order through online/express. Instead you get forced to go in and find out they’re out of the product every time, regardless of the time you visit. Seems shady, like bait and switch. It’s certainly doesn’t benefit the customer. Quality is okay but for the price you’re better shopping around. There are a lot better places out there thankfully. Only time I’ll be back is if there is an amazing special that they allow you to order online/phone.

I usually bring it up until people with step up their game because he's got some good nug so I was surprised and disappointed in myself that I didn't check it like I usually do but it was a bag full of thin stems and very feather like nugs. I think somebody scooped up the bottle of the barrel and I was the lucky winner. I haven't seen anything like that in five years. I was so excited too. whoever was supposed to clean up that batch missed a ton

For the second time now my order has been lost or misplaced. The first time I did it through their website and was told sometimes they don’t get orders coming through that way and the best way to do it is Leafly. So this time I did. I ordered at 8:15am, received confirmation that my order was ready at 10:02am. I went to the shop at 5pm and they didn’t have it or find it at all. The excuse I got was “someone from the morning shift must have just hit the button that they did it but we can’t find it.” So I ended up with only one of the three things I ordered. I understand I’m heated about it right now, but now having it happen twice to me is unacceptable and I hope this issue is addressed.

my Bud-Tender (Anthony) was extremely helpful and friendly. it is always a good experience to shop here, and I always leave satisfied and with good bud. they always have something on special that is really high rated and wonderful to smoke, and they always have a little extras and a Rewards program which is Kick-Ass as well as a generous military discount. I love this dispensary!

What a crazy day at the AJ store yesterday. Happy Anniversary Nirvana ! Great deals and vendors on site. The line was around the block for all of the specials. They got everyone in and out quickly it reminded me of the first day of recreational sales. Thank you!

Usually I love coming here I usually have a pretty good budtender and stuff but today was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a dispensary period, first off the lady helping me did not know anything she didn’t know which brands were on sale making it hard to get the right product and she couldn’t even get my strains right until multiple times I specified that I wanted rosin and not resin sugar. Not sure if I’ll be returning here as that budtender ruined my experience here.

The only dislike would be how busy they are but that just says how awesome they are. Other wise the budtenders are all amazing and super helpful.

Love this place. Also kind and helpful. Positive atmosphere. Large variety of products. Good prices. Great flower!! Been several times. Will continue going back. Been to three other dispensaries and not impressed at all. Nirvana def the best one.
