Had a good ftp deal but kinda sucks on service. Was told a certain wax fitted my pen when I showed the bartender my pen and when I bought it turns out it isn’t nothing like it. I went in again and was told I can not get anything else because no refunds are allowed. The worker told me that it was the same for my pen so there was no choice for me but to buy a pen for it and the pen itself is $30 plus tax and the half gram I bought was around that price range. Was stuck on a budget and thought I was gonna leave with a certain amount of cash and left with none ... all I needed was a wax pod for my pen and turns out was sold a wrong one and had to buy a new pen .... smh last time going to west valley. Sticking to the SS

Never ever again ! Disappointed !!!! I basically paid for a bag of dried out stems ..5 grams of stems actually , Yuck !. And all the Employee had to say was "you get what you pay for" disgusting attitude 😣 . Then wouldn't let me speak to a manager , left me on hold for a good 45 minutes Until my phone died . I hundred And ten percent recommend HERBAL WELLNESS better !!!!

I went to Nirvana on 35th around 1:30PM. I was caught in a verbal argument between me and two other employees.( Manager &Blonde Haired girl). I proceeded with asking the employee if she would be able to show me the wax, I’ve done this plenty times before and there was never any issues. She denied me the ability to be shown the wax. I then asked to speak to the Ray because that’s who I thought was one of the managers as well , he said sure and started to open it and she stopped him midway and told him he couldn’t but the other coworker agreed so he did it anyways like how I first asked.Upon checking out, I pulled my phone out simply to check the time and she yelled at me and demanded for me to put my phone away. I then politely asked why she was being so rude, and the altercation escalated.The manager, instead of having the customer, me, in mind he decided to label me for being the bad guy due to a past altercation on the phone. And said “I have already spoke to you before” and said I was provoking her. He then began to lecture me instead of just making sure the argument didn’t escalate. Although this was all instigated by the women worker, I was made to feel uncomfortable even after being a customer since June. This was completely unacceptable, and I felt cornered. All I was trying to do was get my medicine. No situation at a medical marijuana dispensary should be that out of hand for them both to raise their voice nor give me the experience they gave me. Great customer service.
