Skyler the bud tender was great and that’s why they are getting even a star. I met my gf there and we went in together.... when we left, we left in my car to run an errand, and then I took her back to her car afterwards. She was parked right by the front door. So we leave and a few hours later the manager calls my gf and says the security guard saw her exchanging meds in the parking lot!!! What the ffff??? He is questioning her and I can’t even believe it. She explains that we went in TOGETHER to make the purchase so how could we have been exchanging anything?! I also have a card. So he called her for what?!?! To invite us not to come back and give them our money?! No problem!!! We also know someone else who was called a few hrs after the visit and asked not to come back because they drove off “too aggressively”. Moral of the story is this isn’t the place you wanna spend your money they flower isn’t even that good and the employees don’t even get their own tips. FOR SURE won’t be back and will continue to let everyone know how they treat their patients!

They have some good deals and that's about it. I went in to get a half ounce and the women was friendly. She helped me find some good buds, they looked awesome. I asked for a half and she started to get my order ready then I noticed she took two big buds out that were on top. First come first serve right? Nope, whatever the reason I will not be going back. That is not cool very stingy and disrespectful.

Easy to find

Yesterday 9/3 I stopped by the nirvana location on 35 th ave and picked up a grab and go 1/8th of their G4. When I started breaking down the flower I noticed it was leafy with a few yellow fan leaves. I continued to breakdown the flower and I found a seed and didn’t think much of it. As I continued I noticed that this flower had been pollinated and was full of seeds... Today 9/4 I called and spoke to Christina who let me know that to bad soo sad for me and they couldn’t do anything about it. I then spoke to the manager Dwayne who didn’t seem to care much either. He’s response was that it’s a plant and that I should expect some seeds. He offered a free preroll but I think that he could of done better to satisfy this situation. I declined he’s preroll and informed him that they have lost my business and that I will make sure to let people know that nirvana sold me a 1/8 with dead leaves and seeds!

I will never stop going to West but this place is dead to me. They can't honer prices on the phone to the store. It's not my fault someone else screwed up the numbers but goodbye Phoenix location I'm done with you. May have to find a whole new dispensary

I shop here and the Glendale location often, great deals on flower. Tuesday night I stopped in for a couple eighths, Royal Jack and Tri-Fi OG. Got home and opened the royal jack first, it barely fit in the jar. weighed about a point over what it said on the jar.. The Tri-Fi, however, I could tell was short the moment I opened it (which is why I got out and calibrated several scales to check), and I determined it to weigh 2.633g with multiple freshly calibrated scales. I'm sure I'll still be back, but nearly a gram short is rather annoying. Not sure how a mistake like that happens with state-calibrated commercial scales, they were rather busy and having to help each other out so perhaps the budtender got distracted while weighing this jar. Oh well, to my knowledge this hasn't happened to me before.

I give this place service 1. My last bud tender here was so rude because I let him know I did a review & he got upset..terrible customer service & I havnt been back since. Only coming back because I see there is a student discount. That’s no way to treat anyone who took time out their day to write sometimes positive about your establishment. Doubt the guy has been working there as long as I’ve provided ample business 🤷🏽‍♀️. Other than that I do enjoy their promotions.

I have been going to nature's for about a year what keeps me going there is the friendly atmosphere and great prices and also how helpful they are with disabled people I am going through vision problems every time I step in their facility they make sure I'm taking care of thank you nature's employees love you all

Today I ordered a savvy 7g pre packaged and on the site it states that it’s 28% for the cherry punch it’s not at all lmao got the mobile order didn’t look at it until I arrived to my house to feel disappointed and truly upset I even used my points to find out it’s only 20% even labeled on the package so idk where they came up with 28% false advertisement I always come here and never had a problem and now I have no choice but to use the meds since they are closed to wait until the next day to let a manager know or even exchange it really disappointed in the menu false advertising as I will not ever trust it moving forward ordering online

Love this location great staff great prices and quick service.....

They usually are super cool, but on 12/30/2016 THEY posted the New Year's deal that if you purchased $25 you received a free gram. it was posted on Leafly at 4:80pm and when I went in at 8:30pm that same night and refused to give me that petty ass gram even tho it was there mistake for not putting any condition of that deal in the description. I just spent my gas to get over there just for you guys to not care for the customer. I walked out and was left with a sour taste in my mouth and probably won't be back. You lose a customer over a gram you know you could of done if you wanted to but decided I wasn't worth it.
