Sunday goods are no good straight up headache weed. Nirvana you rock and your flower hasnt disapointed yet even your bottom tier. Why would you stock or even push sunday goods products defenetly nkt up to par . Your sfv og 100 stars the knock off version from sunday goods negative stars it just sucks Im sorry but yea extremely disappointed Im looking at this ounce and i just want to flush it down the toilet . Im literally going to roll up some cleaned up seedy brick weed radther than smoke what i got today .....

Where do I begin? Nirvana sends out a text for St. Pattys weekend with all of their so called "all weekend deals" listed. After waiting for about 45 minutes on Saturday in the lobby I finally get called to the back only to be told that they do not have the 6 grams for $100 of Santiago and Dunbar shatter. This is at 1130 in the morning on the first day of the deal and u say u don't have it? Why list it for 2 days when you didn't have it? I asked the manager about this and she replied that it's only while supplies last. REALLY? 3 of the various other budtenders told me that u never did have it at ur dispensary and they didn't know why it was even listed. I was told I instead get 5 grams for $100 (which is everyday price not a deal) or I get nothing. Wow I waited 45 minutes for the old classic bait and switch? U advertised a deal u never had to get the customer in the door and once there charged me more money for less product. Nirvana used to care about their patients. Unfortunately now all they care about is their dollar. SHAME ON YOU NIRVANA!

Wish I could leave zero stars... I placed an online order at 1035am and never received an email or text letting me know it was ready... No one responded to my multiple emails.... You may have a large selection, but your patient care service sucks!! I will not recommend you to anyone..

Love coming her!! I am never upset with the service or product I get!! Last time in I was with Sabrina and she did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable on strain types and what would be most affective medicine for me! Thank you for the amazing service! I will definitely be back!

Today was my first time in and it was excellent exact my eighth of Valley og I purchased weighed only 1.7 on my scale when I got home. I had my doubts looking at it on my way home but I figured the single large nug and small nug in the bottle were dense. I won’t waste my time calling to complain since it’s not likely to get anything done. Other than that I had an excellent experience at this dispensary

Terrible selection. Maybe because I went on a Saturday but I was new patient and walked out with nothing. Awful location and had to wait in lobby for close to half an hour. Will not be returning

best overall value in Phoenix. It is hard to get through the phone on Tuesdays, their special is by far the best deal in the whole city. ran out of my favorite strains, but looking forward to trying something different.

The one star is for the "free .5 gram pre roll" I wish I could post a pick of the garbage in the prerolls- maybe that's why they are free- if that your representation of your buds, I will not be back for buds- I will get edible IF I'm in the area. 😔 the energy there today seemed "rushed"

I liked it until I realized the "bartender" was kind of dishonest. This was my 1st visit so I had a buy 1 8th get 1 free deal. I could get 2 top shelfs. So I told her of course I want to get top shelf. She sold me 1 top shelf but gave me a bottom shelf for free and told me that it was a top shelf. Do your research and make your decision before going in.

This is definitely a one stop shop, its very user friendly as well. There is no confusion regarding prices or tier, which is great. Wait time is minimal, staff is super knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I wasn't too hyped on the product, its ok. I found 6 seeds in two 1/8ths. So maybe I got a less than awesome batch?

Budtender didn't even know about the buds he sells. And they should go to a class that teaches them about the product and what medical marijuana does and don't do and what types of weed and what it's good for. He didn't know crap.

I go to Nirvana every single Monday and spend at minimum 200$ per visit, most visits I’m dropping upwards of about 300$ per week. Usually it’s a great, quick experience with very pleasant bud tenders. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. Usually when I go in after placing a Leafly order, the budtender will go over my order with me 1 by 1 and the ring me out to make sure that my order is correct. Tonight I had Eddie E. As my budtender and I had the worst experience I have ever had in my life at a dispensary and I’ve been to a lot across AZ. He called me back, and he already had my meds packed up. He gave me the total and pretty much rushed me to pay without going over ANY of my meds and actually “patted” himself on the back for having my order and discounts ready before I even went back there. Being rushed and flustered I paid but when I realized that the amount of items he said didn’t match what I ordered and what I am paying I tried to nicely tell him and asked him if we could go over my bag of meds because I think something is off. Well the second I asked for this and since I had already paid, his mood toward me switched instantly and he started being incredibly rude to me. He refuses to go over my bag of meds with me he wouldn’t even open it since he already had it staples before I ever saw what went into the bag. He said that if I wanted to “add” something that I would have to go and wait behind another 20 people in order to do so. I told him I didn’t want to add anything, I just wanted to get what I paid for. He still refused to verify my meds with me! (This makes me think that he knew my meds were shorted and didn’t want to open the bag in the store for me to find out and that’s why he was so set on getting me to walk out of the dispo with the bag without letting me see inside with him there as a witness. If I would’ve walked outside and tried to come back in and told them my meds were missing I would’ve been even more SOL). Well since he refused multiple times to verify my meds with me, I told him I didn’t want anything anymore and just give me a refund please. He told me no! He said i couldn’t get a refund that they do not offer refunds even though he literally just handed me the bag and just took my money seconds ago. Finally he lets me talk to a manager who was great to deal with and calmed me down right away! She went over my bag with me and what do you know! I was missing 2 x 50$ grams of Shango and Highgrade Concentrates. She made it right of course, but this was still the worse dispo visit ever. If you ever get Eddie E at Nirvana, make him check your meds before you give him any money no matter what he says. I think he is trying to pull one over on the customers and Nirvana.

Rudest staff of any dispensary I’ve ever been to. I will never visit this location again and I will encourage others not to as well!!!

I went here with my friend for our first time on 4/20. Placed an order online after filling out the ftp papers and waited an hour and a half before finding out they lost our papers and the orders never got filled. fixed the first time paper dealio and they texted me that some stuff was out and instead helping me find products that were the same price i was trying to find, they just tried upselling to higher priced items. My friend tried doing the 8/99$ concentrates and in the morning a worker from the dispo said it could be any concentrate because it was supposed to only be shatter but they said concentrates so when she called to replace her order they would not uphold that price even though they said they would in the morning. We were trying to be understanding since it’s the pandemic and 4/20 but people were being helped before us that checked in literally an hour after we got there and the staff did not seem to care that we got lost in the system. I understand things happen like this but there were no apologies or anything (i wouldn’t expect one for waiting a long time or anything, just one for the fact that they messed up). We waited an hour and a half for nothing except for terrible customer service.
