the nirvana center is an awsome dispensary. i would say its my favorite weed spot. the staff are friendly and the prices are good.

Terrible selection. Maybe because I went on a Saturday but I was new patient and walked out with nothing. Awful location and had to wait in lobby for close to half an hour. Will not be returning

Yes! Now this is what I'm talking about nice comfortability cool and smells lovely inside there I got to meet new people and let me get a shout-out to one of the workers Ronnie! He is like the ultimate worker in customer service!He made my day for real today!Righteousness all the way around the atmosphere was lovely customer service was wonderful and great atmosphere it was calm cool Collective peaceful. I can't wait to get back and tell everybody I know about this place. Ya'll don't change anything! Besides your clothes because I will be back! Thank you so much.
They act brave over the phone and are some little girls in person.

I love the friendly environment and their helpful staff. The shatter here is always great! and The environment is nice and relaxing.
I go to Nirvana every single Monday and spend at minimum 200$ per visit, most visits I’m dropping upwards of about 300$ per week. Usually it’s a great, quick experience with very pleasant bud tenders. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. Usually when I go in after placing a Leafly order, the budtender will go over my order with me 1 by 1 and the ring me out to make sure that my order is correct. Tonight I had Eddie E. As my budtender and I had the worst experience I have ever had in my life at a dispensary and I’ve been to a lot across AZ. He called me back, and he already had my meds packed up. He gave me the total and pretty much rushed me to pay without going over ANY of my meds and actually “patted” himself on the back for having my order and discounts ready before I even went back there. Being rushed and flustered I paid but when I realized that the amount of items he said didn’t match what I ordered and what I am paying I tried to nicely tell him and asked him if we could go over my bag of meds because I think something is off. Well the second I asked for this and since I had already paid, his mood toward me switched instantly and he started being incredibly rude to me. He refuses to go over my bag of meds with me he wouldn’t even open it since he already had it staples before I ever saw what went into the bag. He said that if I wanted to “add” something that I would have to go and wait behind another 20 people in order to do so. I told him I didn’t want to add anything, I just wanted to get what I paid for. He still refused to verify my meds with me! (This makes me think that he knew my meds were shorted and didn’t want to open the bag in the store for me to find out and that’s why he was so set on getting me to walk out of the dispo with the bag without letting me see inside with him there as a witness. If I would’ve walked outside and tried to come back in and told them my meds were missing I would’ve been even more SOL). Well since he refused multiple times to verify my meds with me, I told him I didn’t want anything anymore and just give me a refund please. He told me no! He said i couldn’t get a refund that they do not offer refunds even though he literally just handed me the bag and just took my money seconds ago. Finally he lets me talk to a manager who was great to deal with and calmed me down right away! She went over my bag with me and what do you know! I was missing 2 x 50$ grams of Shango and Highgrade Concentrates. She made it right of course, but this was still the worse dispo visit ever. If you ever get Eddie E at Nirvana, make him check your meds before you give him any money no matter what he says. I think he is trying to pull one over on the customers and Nirvana.

Nirvana has really good deals and often. Nice building, lots of products, hot workers(hey Bri), good FTP deals,etc.
But my only gripe is their flower can be hit or miss. I've had stuff from the Top Shelf taste so gross(Black Cherry Soda) I ended up having to ditch it off to my friend who is a patient as well. It tasted like straight wood smoke, like zero terpenes in it. Then I've also had some lower shelf strains taste better than the higher tier....I just feel there needs to be terps in an 8th you're paying 45-50 for as top shelf, and not just have prices based on looks of unflushed terpless weed. Like just better quality control.
That all being said there is still some gems on their huge menu of all price ranges you just have to look at them and smell them in person....don't make the mistake I once did and ordered highest tier strains over the phone for pick up assuming because they were the highest price they would be fire...both the Black Cherry Soda and Bubba Kush, were unflushed garbage, and the GG4 was the only good one out of the 3, I ordered.
I've gotten fire every time I've went inside though and actually looked through stuff...So I would still give them my business.

This is definitely a one stop shop, its very user friendly as well. There is no confusion regarding prices or tier, which is great. Wait time is minimal, staff is super knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I wasn't too hyped on the product, its ok. I found 6 seeds in two 1/8ths. So maybe I got a less than awesome batch?
Been here plenty over the years, it’s been ok. But the owners or management have a absolute terrible security company working their properties. They want to pat you down to get in and slander you when asked for law enforcement identification. No thank you, I prefer a $ 13.00 an hour rent a pig not asking to search my pockets violating my civil liberties. Btw that wand your security was using got an alert off of my pacemaker and can’t be removed from my pocket.
I would recommend nirvana more often but they have the worst budtender. I have literally had the worst experience the last three times and this time was enough. Not worth the shitty attitude people that you have to deal with.

The front desk agent spent forever flirting with the pick up order (who had NO idea what she ordered) and then when I finally got to the window, the agent was incredibly rude, wouldn't go through my order for me. The customer service was beyond awful. I'd rather spend the extra money and go literally anywhere else.

I have been a patient since 2019. I’ve seen so many changes through out the past couple years that were all mainly pretty positive. I would drive all the way from Mesa to Tempe twice a month for my pick up order. I’m not the savviest with online orders so when I mess them up the bud tender would always help me. Today I drove all the way down there went inside like everything was normal and went to go back when someone came behind me and yelled pick up orders are outside now. I was extremely confused but all of a sudden the cop is standing there staring at me. Made me uncomfortable to the point where I asked if I was even allowed to get the money from the machine. I go back out in 109 degrees to stand in direct hot sunlight. The metal and window was hot as heck. I got nervous and almost dropped over hundred dollars in the wind. If there was a line I would of immediately left. I got lucky cause about 6 people showed up right behind me though. I can not be out in this heat. I will get sick and I’m not waiting in a crowded waiting room either. Since recreational has passed their sight of taking care of the patient has been so lost that they are now making us stand outside in 110 degree weather in direct sun light. Zero shade. Because I’m not good enough for their AC anymore? I can’t even step in the building without feeling like I’m doing something wrong and I’m just pulling out money. This is so wrong. You lost a loyal customer today. Twice a month for 2 1/2 years. This is a deal breaker for me. You have lost sight of the customer base that brought your company to the popularity your at now!!!

Wack products and customer service . Gone here a few time but probably not again . They constantly mess up orders and don’t even bother to call to inform you if a product you PRE ORDERED isn’t available AFTER You got a notification that’s stated it’s ready for pick up isn’t. They also tried to sell me a brown 1/2 Oz . Wouldn’t recommend .
I loved this place but lately I have been pre-order my stuff and flower has been a lot of stems in my 1/8s. I've not been satisfied and when you call them about their sale..they want no responsibility for the stems even when if is horrible and a half a gram or an grama short of the products that are just stems. They don't even give you anything. They are suppose to be deli style for that won't happen! You would think they would be more professional and actually sell you flower instead of stems. Especially being a professional environment you expect to get the product you are looking for not stems. I guess they include flower and Stems all together to equal your 3.5 so even if you don't get 3.5 of flower , your stems is your flower even though it's not smokable!!!!
Best spot in the Valley by far. I travel here every Tuesday from Tempe for the best top shelf deals. Best days for flowers specials are Tuesday and Wednesday.
My only request. OPEN AN EAST VALLEY LOCATION

The manager was racist and laughed in my face when I needed help with an Mistake THEIR dispensary made. He said his name and will and he was the manager & said the preroll for a review was only for a “good” review LMFAO how pathetic. I usually have a good experience here but this time the bud i preordered was almost brown and they were out of the cbd tincture i had ordered online. They took 1.5 Oz off my allotment even though I didn’t buy anything and wouldn’t answer the phone when I called to fix it. I was forced to go in person and they made me wait in line all over to get the issue fixed.

Horrible service. The way they have their check-in step up is flawed and unorganized. They have you waiting for 30+ minutes in the heat. Their preorders are always 2+ hours behind. Plus while they have you outside they don’t even provide customers with a place to sit. I am disable and can’t stand outside in the heat for 30+ minutes, with no where to sit. They have a nice selection but not worth the wait and the horrible setup they have. Do better.
