this place was awesome the the menu had 20 or more strains of flower at all great prices and quality now the medical patients are left in the legal dust so thankfully I have transportation to drive to Cottonwood or down the hill it averages out that I'm saving money so nirvana center lost me because of prices and quality but really people they don't care about us because out of one medical patient there are so many non patients so try to get a ride if you can .anywhere is better than this place I feel bad for the really good people in there that are grouped with this greedy company.

I have been traveling 2 hours to buy here and found out today they got rid of all flower deals, will be raising prices, all because they're going REC Saturday. and now their phone number doesn't work. all 'extentsions' don't work, so can't talk to anyone.

I purchased an oil/rosin extractor from Nirvana, in Prescott Valley. $100.00 price. I asked if i could return it , if it doesnt do/work as it was intended. The budtender "Jean" asked mgt and told me that if returned within 30days, return would be honored. I purchased 12-12-20 and tried to return it 12-28-20, after wasting almost 14grms of flower, and was told they will not honor the return and that i was misinformed. I got a brush off and told to contact the manufacturer for a refund.
Until now, i only had issues with this particular budtender as she is lazy, unprofessional and rude. This was easy to deal with, since i could just ask for another budtender if i chose. Now, I see that this dispensary is out for only money and not the welfare or quality of service of the "patient".
The deals are okay and better than others in the tri-city area. Will think twice before going back, as i have never been so "pissed-off" at any service i had received from anywhere else. Since I spend 200-300 each visit, I may need to go to another dispensary outside of my area to get the quality of service and respect any patient should receive. I am 58yrs old.

Prices double what they are in rest of state sometimes even more. Cannot supply the same medicine on a regular basis. Cannot even supply a strain regularly. They never have an indica flower that is needed for my seizures. If you happen to find a hybrid that helps (but with seizures the same medicine is needed regularly which you'd think they'd care about) you most likely will never see it again and if you do it's very sporatic. This is the ideal recreational place but for medical patients truly in need of medicine this place is a joke. Drive to SWC or New River it's worth the drive. Kingman also has AMAZING deals and EVERYTIME I drive out there they have the exact flower I need. There are other dispensaries that care. Nirvana needs to be held accountable for their racketeering practices. They are the toilet paper sellers of marijuana. They see a need and they rip people in need off. Look at their phoenix prices their at least 1/2 the price and they offer lower strains AS REQUIRED BY LAW! I hope someone with enough money sues the shit out of them!

They got into the business to take care of Patients, I’m still a patient but the treatment as if I were not are just the same, the way of the buck. I haven’t been in there for months nor will I !

This place turned to shit a few months ago, most of the staff are arrogant and rude, plus, their menu sucks! The manager is so greedy there's always an issue. I go to phx for way better deals, quality, and a pleasant experience.

Top shelf ounces have gone from 260$ up to 390$... alot of entitled rude young kids working here in Prescott Valley, snobby attitudes... security non existant (seen guys with 8" knife boots and shorts on walk right past).. rewards program turned to trash... used to patron here, but will more than likely drive to prescott from now on to SWC for 225 in house ounces, prices have stayed steady there. Nirvana center prices are to inconsistent, and there flower lately is the same if not worse then SWC.

I stopped in here on a trip to Prescott just to check out their pricing. They beat the dispensary in my town and the staff I dealt with were awesome. I returned today to make my normal purchase of around $200 and assumed, incorrectly, I'd be dealing with the same great service. But when I asked for the THC counts the girl seeing to me copped a bit of an attitude. She referred me to their menu, but their menu does not display the THC content. Having to ask on a few varieties, she kept telling me the strains so much that even I started to think that's what I was asking. It got to the point I had to ask if I was bothering her because she was clearly annoyed. She then said I was being rude for mentioning that she was being anything less than totally helpful. I asked for an eighth of the last weed I asked about and when I asked if she was going to get it she said I never told her how much. So she answered two questions I didn't ask, never answered the ones I did and I guess the first words in a sentence are the ones she pays the least attention to, because twice she never heard them. Sorry, we all didn't get a trophy for nothing when I was growing up. I am one of those jerks who actually expects you to do your job and be agreeable, if not nice. I was even still going to tip but she handed me back the $20 bill instead of breaking it, like all good tipped employees know to do. So she got $2. I thought about correcting her but had stopped talking because all she did was get defensive and accusatory towards me and like I said, at one point even I thought I was asking about strains,,,
But here's the thing, either I am lying about wanting to know the THC count or I'm not. But that was the one thing I couldn't get her to give me and she seemed oblivious to that being what I wanted all along despite being told twice.

I usually love Nirvana so so much and everyone that works there is so nice! However, I feel that since they've gone to recreational the quality has gone down. Today I bought an eighth of Double Dream, which let me tell ya, was more like a double nightmare. It is all leaves and nothing else. I tried picking them off but only got to the stem and no bud. Tried calling to see what could be done and turns out they won't do anythiiiiing. I understand it was partially my fault for chancing pre-packed, in-house flower (only because they had very, VERY minimal choices) but this has got to be the worst I've ever gotten from A N Y dispensary. Shame they won't offer to even exchange it when I've had other dispos help immediately!
When I show up for a pick up, and the item is not in stock...that is on you to make right. Refusal to offer ANY kind of compensation for an error on your part is unacceptable. Sorry guys but I'm going to SWC for a while.

I've been in several times. Every time I sit and wait forever. After doing a pickup order today and having the bystanders skip over me several times I've decided to go to Prescott instead from now on. This is the worst dispensary in the state by far. Apparently you have to leave a star to leave a review. Smh a better system is needed.

If u show up 15 minutes before closing, don’t expect courteous “floaters”( what ever that is) or service. Rude. First time in 3 1/2 years. Very disappointed to spend so much money and being rushed. 9 pm closing shouldn’t mean for the employees but for the customer. Pathetic!

I placed my first online order, then called awhile later to make sure they got it before I drove 45 minutes to pick it up. They did not, so I had to re-order over the phone, where the nice lady took my order and informed me of what they were out of. I waited 2-3 hours, as requested, then drove to the dispensary to pick it up. After waiting 25 minutes to get in, I found that not only did they NOT have my order ready, they had to tear the place apart to find the paper it was written on! I waited another 15 minutes while they scrambled to put it together. Not a good experience.

First time at this location I had came in, they had taken multiple people both ahead and behind me. Despite going to a different location, the front desk receptionist was rude. This set the tone for my experience here for sure. NEVER AGAIN.

I now have to spend money to cash in points? So then I have more points that I don’t want to spend there because I just want to be done. Took me a few years to get up to 2000 points and I was looking forward to buying my 1/2 ounce flower with my 2000 points and not with my money. Very disappointed 😞
I love this place and the employees, however they delivered a melted chocolate bar. No big deal right? Thought I could call and they’d take care of it but instead they tell me there’s nothing the can do. I’ve never once had a problem with this place and that’s how they handle it? Thanks for the amazing customer service. I appreciate it.

Went there today and haven't been there for over 4mths because of the rude men staff and the quality or lack of merchandise they ever had. Well nothing has changed and again the guy I got,Cody V,who wasn't any worse than the others,was rude,not helpful,complained he couldn't hear me(because of construction going on while they were open),like that was my fault and pretty much rushed us out and I didn't spend half the amount I was going to because of his attitude. I have had a girl a couple times that was very helpful,nice and got me buying more than I came in for. That's what your company should be looking for in an employee. I've been down to other Nirvanas and had great experiences. Who ever is running,hiring in the PV one should be looked into. Only reason it does well is because it's the only one here!!! Feel sorry for anyone that can't go elsewhere. Won't be back.
