The quality of the flower is the worst I've seen in Arizona. Always dry and seems like it's been on the shelf for a month. Very bad experience never again.😡

Wow! In the last month your prices have skyrocketed! I used to get a a fairly good gram shatter or batter for around 35 dollars, not anymore!!! I guess if your prices keep going up I will have to find another dispensary. I really don't want to leave but your prices leave me no choice. Please think about your customers who are on a fixed income or just can't afford your never ending price hikes!!! Get some affordable product for your customers.

First time at this location I had came in, they had taken multiple people both ahead and behind me. Despite going to a different location, the front desk receptionist was rude. This set the tone for my experience here for sure. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been going to this dispensary for a year of more. It has always been a pleasant experience until today. I went in today and they had a lot of new people working. One of them had a real attitude. He spoke to me like I we were on the block, like I was his underling. I couldn't tell what he was saying because he did not speak English but any human can tell when they are being treated aggressively. I don't understand why someone that works in a retail environment would treat their customers aggressively. I am the most peaceful guy but I am a former U.S. Marine and I don't take shit from anyone. So, I serve 6 years in the Marine Corps to be spoken to with aggression and attitude. NO, that will not work for me. Some gal (never ID'd herself) starts trying to smooth things over and while I am talking to her another non-English speaker jumps into the conversation. I was telling her what a jackass the other guy had been when this other person jumps in the conversation. He say's you can't disrespect my homie; WTF? Point of fact: jackass is not a dirty word it means a burro. Or someone who's acting like an ass. He was and I was just point that out. While I am trying to sort the folly of getting upset over the word jackass, the OG-gangsta wanna be-walks by and stares at me like he wants to fight. Again, any human knows when they are being threatened. So, I go to the dispensary that I have been patronizing for well over a year, never had any issues. And I would even say most folks who work there like me! I'm a regular, I'm easy, I spend a lot of money. But instead, I get jumped by hood rats. Nice job YHS! It's really quite incredible the level of disrespect that I had to endure. This place sucks!

Went there today and haven't been there for over 4mths because of the rude men staff and the quality or lack of merchandise they ever had. Well nothing has changed and again the guy I got,Cody V,who wasn't any worse than the others,was rude,not helpful,complained he couldn't hear me(because of construction going on while they were open),like that was my fault and pretty much rushed us out and I didn't spend half the amount I was going to because of his attitude. I have had a girl a couple times that was very helpful,nice and got me buying more than I came in for. That's what your company should be looking for in an employee. I've been down to other Nirvanas and had great experiences. Who ever is running,hiring in the PV one should be looked into. Only reason it does well is because it's the only one here!!! Feel sorry for anyone that can't go elsewhere. Won't be back.

It seems to me that every time I go to Nirvana their specials have changed and I wind up spending more than I had planned. The last time I was there, they told me to leave feedback on Leafly and bring in a copy for a free preroll. Went there today with a printed copy and was told they don't do that anymore. Frustrating. Nice people and good product but never know what to expect.

I bought two 1/2 oz grapechata and kannobo, horrible mistake horrible flower, gave med headaches and could not sleep. It was such a nightmare of weed. I called Nirvana and ask if I could return and the girl on the phone said yes and we will give you a credit not a refund. After driving 45mins to get there the manager said no refunds on flower. So they push poison and you can't get your money back. Ridiculous will never shop there again.

TODAY was our WORST EXPERIENCE in any Dispensary or Recreational Marijuana store in Any state, Ever! We made this 65 mile drive from Sedona to redeem our 6,000+ points earned at their sister store in Cottonwood ($6000 spent). We were each only allowed to receive a free quarter, not the full oz & told we'd have to wait 1 week, drive another 130 miles round trip & receive 1 quarter, do this 3 more times to get the balance due..WHAAAAT?? We were greeted by a man of whom had a Language Barrier, so I had to ask for the manager, Kristen, who quickly checked me in & then budtended. She apologized for the limited selection of Bud saying most on hand was dry & shakey, not their best strains. Bummer. And she was correct!..terrible dried selection of commercial-type Az HERB, indeed! Bought my Fav Az CannaHoney for $110😍 & some Lemon Skunk which is ok. Little Stevie the manager girl. Lodge a valid complaint, be threatened with blacklisting. Listen, they are the only game in town unless you want to drive to Prescott, so they treat you with arrogance and threats if there is an issue. Thankfully, issues are rare. But I will never forget my encounter with the little girl trying to be a manager of adults. My bet is that this place will severely hurt with competition , and when these products become widely available everywhere , places like this who treat customers poorly will cease to exist along with the careers of the transgressors.

I am very upset with the service I got. I was told I would receive the 20 dollars off my oz deal by both the manager and cashier but when I got home it was not applied. I called and they said it wasn't added cause my oz was already promo. was not told this by either of the men helping me. I am very upset not sure I will be by again soon.

This is indeed one of the hardest reviews I've ever written as it involves an experience I had today at what used to be my favorite dispensary. As a medical patient I will drive to Cottonwood or use SWC before I will be treated like that again! At 6am I placed an online order, at 9am I received a text that my order was ready for pickup. Since I drive from Chino it takes a little time to get there depending on traffic, this being 4th of July weekend but I jumped in my car & headed to PV arriving at 10am. I was let the lobby right away since I had a pickup order. I was advised at the front desk that the pickup order desk didn't have anyone working it right now to sit in the lobby & they would call me back by name. The lobby being full I had to stand, they announced by name who could go back which happened to clear the room all except me & 2 gentlemen who had come in behind me. The lobby filled up again with rec users as there wasn't anyone with pickup orders & by name they cleared the lobby except me, the 3rd time they cleared the lobby they told me to go in back with the rec users & wait for my name to be called. I waited for my name to be called but it never was. The 2nd time they served everyone but me again, I'll admit I began to get frustrated so I walked up to a budtender & asked what was happening with the online orders & my pickup order, now keep in mind that twice the room emptied except for me sitting on a chair between the ATM machines waiting to be called, not once was I asked by any of the budtenders, even though they saw me sitting there that whole time, if I could be helped, but I digress. The budtender that was "helping" really couldn't be bothered & began to tell me that I have to give the pick up desk at least an hour to fill my order & they would text me when it was ready, at which time another budtender yelled across the room (which had filled up again by this time) saying very rudely "WELL YOU'RE THE NEXT ONE IN LINE" which needless to say really humiliated me I felt like these two were ganging up on me. I explained (sternly but never raising my voice) to the budtender "helping" me that I received that text at 9am & offered to show it to her. At this time this budtender refused to assist me any further & called the Mgr. over stating I was yelling at her & out of control (trust me she came close to hearing me yell but I kept my voice at an even keel), I was just upset & frustrated & with every right. The Mgr. had been standing there & heard everything, I will give it to her she really tried to make it right with me, she really knew I was pretty upset by this time. So I will agree that I was frustrated (with good reason) but I never "yelled" if I had Security would have been right there. I am 65 years old weighing in at 99lb's so really guy's, if she can't deal with these kinds of issues then she's in the wrong profession because customer service is not her forte'. As for the budtender who humiliated me by yelling from across a full room at me (the very thing I was being accused of), should be looked at as well. Bottom line, we are the patient/customer, when was it OK to be so rude & offensive. I really don't know how comfortable I am about ever going to Nervana again which really sucks since I've been going there for years & always loved the place & employees, they really cared. Normally I wouldn't say anything but I say to my fellow med patients, I really don't feel we're being treated as patients with real needs, or any different than rec users & we have to qualify & pay for our med card instead of buying if off the street like we had to for so long so we could feel better, I personally took that risk for over 30 years. I'm bound & determined to find the dispensary that recognizes us as patients the way it was meant to be. I left Nervana today in tears (had to wear my sunglasses due to humiliation which isn't expectable. Sooo Sadddd never thought Nervana would cave in!

Hey I moved here July 2020. Immediately went medical card, took 3 or so weeks. Tried both SWC in Prescott and of course Nirvana Center. I immediately like my Budtender, a great big dude, knew his shit. Then I met a few more over the year up until just recently. Dylan was super, this beautiful girl was also super. And a few alright, you know?
So I have a fractured hip and spinal damage and a few other busted and put back together parts. So the medical was a huge thing for me.
Went on Sundays mostly for the 2x points. After the first few months I checked into my points, I'd drop 500 to 1,000 easily at any visit. So 2x Sunday I racked up free half oz back then. So I turned in some points, scoring free flower for my loyalty was a big hit with me.
Around 6 to 8 months ago Nirvana switched their points tracking software is what I was told at that time. I'd racked up several free half oz in points by this time. So the bud guy says I only have 28.00 in loyalty. Bullshit I say. He checked previous software via a Manager. Comes back says dude you have like 4 free halves. I say, yeah I know I spent a shit load of money over that period of time here. I'm talking over 10k easy by that point. Not in points but cash.
Then they sway to 40.00 off your order instead of the free half. Bullshit I say.
So I began using my free 40..00 off rewards, one each time I go to use em up. I get somewhere down to 2 or 3 rewards left. I go in, i meet Jeane (STAY AWAY) who decides my use of my points is some sort of abuse due to some glitches how some people were getting double points. I said of course they do, they come on Sunday like me.
She calls over her Manager. A dude about 30ish max. Curly mid dark hair. Maybe 5' 8" 220lbs. Wears hat mask down under his chin. The two of deciding my remaining points are now invalid because Jeanne told this Puerto Rican looking dude my points were messed up.
So fuck them! Yep, fuck you because I've spent almost 16k cash with ya, and you dump my points because two people with a couple HS diplomas made it past selling pot class. No offense to everyone else who is an amazing budtender!
Regardless I spend my money at SWC or I run down to Jars in New River. Both ate so much better in how I'm treated consistently!
Really nice dispo but really bad budtenders/service. Online orders sometimes take up to 2 hours for them to complete even if you order only 1 item. Not every single budtender they have is bad but about 3/4 of them don't really care about the patient they're just trying to catch a check n go home. Prescott really needs a new dispensary
Put an online order in. The text said i could come pick it up, but when i got here they made me wait for 30 min and people that had pick ups after me got theirs before me. Very poor custumer service. Not coming back to this location.

I do not like that many of the staff are not wearing masks
I will never buy from this location again. #1. WAY over priced. Apparently, they think that Phoenix or New River or even Cottonwood is too far to go to save $10-$35. Wrong! #2. If they can't take the time to enter basic strain info on Leafly, etc. then I guess I don't have the time to spend my money in their establishment. We need more dispensaries in the tri-city area which will bring competition and better pricing for everyone.

I returned here this morning to fix my missing joint. Jasmine promptly got me into the shop and rectified the situation with grace and tact. Would recommend as the best dispensary in the whole tri-city area!

I have written 2 reviews in the past year that were not so favorable to Nirvana P.V..
I stopped going there for a while and just recently started going there again because of the location. I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time, about 10-15 min. There's more parking now and it operates more fluidly now. Very very good! I don't think anybody is too happy with the prices but that's everywhere.
I look forward to going there again, just like I did when they first opened.

Bud tenders are incompetent. They know nothing about “medical” needs. Every time you go there WILL be something wrong with your order. They will charge you extra and then turn around and say there is nothing they can do. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe it. Take it from me and DO NOT GO TO THIS OR ANY LOCATIONS!
