Nirvana Center - Prescott Valley

I've been to this shop numerous times since it opened. It's always been great... until now. Many of the edible items on the menu were out of stock. Since that's all I can use, it was a big disappointment. The person who waited on me was not particularly helpful. She acted like a know-it-all, but didn't know her products very well. She also didn't have any idea when they'd get new stock in, and was indifferent during the entire transaction. For the first time ever, I didn't tip. I can't recommend this place anymore.

Very good selection and a few bud tenders actually know their stuff and a few act like they know waaaaay more than they do. As a veteran smoker for over 35 years i do NOT need to be patronized by a kid who really didnt know shit.

After being overcharged on tax, received no apology or my refund. Instead, manager Stevie said she didn’t care. Really!? Are you able to do your job as manager or just give poor customer service? Glad I go to Phoenix frequently and don’t have to visit Nirvana. They just take your money, they don’t care.

Everything here is like $5 more than it would be in PHX

Been here many many times. Best despinsary in the Prescott area. However, last time I went in, I found that they have what seems to be an armed guard now, who open carry's a handgun on his hip. Found this weird considering the sign on the door that says "Weapon Free Zone". And as a CCW holder I don't understand why my weapon is not allowed but his is? Also found he was VERY rude. Referred to me as "Bro" multiple times, then one more time after I explained to him I'm not his "Bro" I am "Sir" and a paying customer. And tried to tell me they were closed even though I came in the unlocked door, at 9:01, and the open sign was on and flashing "OPEN". Not only that but my card was already in the hands of a budtender who said "Its no problem let him in!". Then while making my selections I noticed the same armed man Mean muggin me from across the room, dirty look on his face. Then when I returned to my vehicle, I noticed the same man AGAIN giving me dirty looks and staring at me and my truck from the front door as I pulled away. Completely unprofessional.

I've been coming here since it opened. budtenders recommendations are excellent. Only one neg - prices have increased, but deals can still be found.

For some reason there are a lot of items available in store that don't get listed on their online menu here, or on their website for online orders. Nothing from Drip Extracts, no listings for High Grade concentrates or Kaya infusion. You posted the Drip and the Kaya on your Instagram. Kinda silly to post things on social media and not list them on your menus. How would anyone put in an online order for those products? Please update.

I love the customer service! They are always so friendly and helpful! They also have a way better selection than our other dispensary option.

I thought curbside pick up would be faster once they designated a parking spot for it, but it has not. Last time I waited 40 minutes, today was 20. I'm thankful for being able to bring my child with me and leave with medicine, but that wait is too long.

The new management is really lacking on flower product. Sad to say, I will spend my time driving to Jars in New River. They have great product and will save money even with spending the extra on gas. Nirvana has fallen.

Avoid delivery.. must be present.. told me 12-1pm delivery time.. at 2:30, told me no later than 4, at 4:30, told me an hour or so. Basically kept me hostage for 5 hours. So rude! "Gosh, I'm sorry Dave", just wasn't enough to make up for all the errors they did today. Just simple disrespecting the customer.. totally unacceptable.

I spend hundreds of dollars there and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been disappointed FLOWER IS EXTREMELY DRY and you can’t see or smell or feel what you’re buying. If I’m spending $150 I want to make sure it’s not some shit fairy dust weed (Please get better flower )🌸 💐 every date on package is like 2 months old

Like most of the dispensaries in this area this one is also going downhill fast… Almost no product and always a long wait. They literally only had four different kinds of weed! And what I did buy sucked!! Have to start going to Flagstaff I guess because between Cottonwood and Prescott it’s gone to crap.
