Nirvana Center - Prescott Valley

July 6th I went to get my pickup order. Nirvana has changed how they do pickups. You are packed into the tiny lobby like cattle to slaughter hardly room to breathe. then when you get up to the bullet proof glass you can't understand or hear them till they turn on loud speaker and blast across the lobby what you got and the cost. Not cool Nirvana I go there to get my meds and would love some moderate privacy.

Nirvana prices are the worst and the most inconsistent, I can go there one day and then the next day I go the same thing I got yesterday is $5 more. Nirvana is the worst dispensary I’ve ever been to.

Red-headed female security guard, will look into your vehicles windows, touch your vehicle, and follow you around the store. Save your money and don't get profiled go somewhere else

I love the customer service! They are always so friendly and helpful! They also have a way better selection than our other dispensary option.

The new management is really lacking on flower product. Sad to say, I will spend my time driving to Jars in New River. They have great product and will save money even with spending the extra on gas. Nirvana has fallen.

Avoid delivery.. must be present.. told me 12-1pm delivery time.. at 2:30, told me no later than 4, at 4:30, told me an hour or so. Basically kept me hostage for 5 hours. So rude! "Gosh, I'm sorry Dave", just wasn't enough to make up for all the errors they did today. Just simple disrespecting the customer.. totally unacceptable.

I spend hundreds of dollars there and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been disappointed FLOWER IS EXTREMELY DRY and you can’t see or smell or feel what you’re buying. If I’m spending $150 I want to make sure it’s not some shit fairy dust weed (Please get better flower )🌸 💐 every date on package is like 2 months old

Like most of the dispensaries in this area this one is also going downhill fast… Almost no product and always a long wait. They literally only had four different kinds of weed! And what I did buy sucked!! Have to start going to Flagstaff I guess because between Cottonwood and Prescott it’s gone to crap.

Great people and deals

This was one of the very best places to buy product from in the past but it seems that the owner has gotten very greedy ridiculous prices for ridiculous amounts has robbed her medical patients of all decent deals she ever offered so I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone that doesn’t want to be ripped off

Worst Dispensary in the state. Highest prices, lowest quality. Longest wait time by far.

Don’t honor deals; sign you up for texts to bring you in the store and then say only offered at other locations. Then why did you text me? If they have a good sale, it’s sold it within 30 minutes and they don’t tell you til you’ve waited 3 hours in line. Food employees, but badly run disorganized business. Better off going anywhere else.
