Not only would they not answer my phone call to ask if they had what I needed in stock, but they were rude in the building and were “too” busy to help. Felt rushed and annoying. I have been here for years. But since growing. I will never come back to deal with the dispensary

EVERYTHING! I ordered for the second time through leafly and get notified they Dont have the product I ordered via text. then, I was texted by them saying the strain I ordered was out...why leafly wasn't updated..who knows. 😒. anyway, no problem, I was given two option on the text of two unknown to me strains (chemwidow and lemon sunshine) . no biggie, until I get there less than ten minutes after getting the text I arrived and guess what only one strain available that looked like something my mom grew In her garden back in the 60s. it was HORRIBLE!!!
now, this is the second time I've had this happen at this place out of the three times I've been to this dispensary, leading me to believe his ish there bait and switch m.o.
I expressed my concern and got no understanding from the staff. Which confirmed to me this is how this dispensary operates.
DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BOTTOM END OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A DISPENSARIES IN THE VALLEY.
My favorite new place to Nirvana. slymer i got here recommended by Ash was very tasty. very big beautiful open clean lobby an filled with the best ppl to b assist you. On top of that got to run into my favorite DA Jessica an chop it up about how helpful she's been everywhere i encounter her. glad this place finally opened lol.

Went in today and they said that they didn't have Grow Science included in the buy 2 get 1, yet it is advertised as included. What's with the false advertising? I won't be back.

Called about a bong I saw earlier today to see if it was still in stock and get a price. I was told it was $50 and said great I’ll be there soon. When I arrived they told me it was $75 and refused to sell at the price I was told. Even though they found out who I talked to and everything. Wouldn’t trust anything over the phone.

I've had the worst experience with their product (1/2 oz flower for $60) and their lack of interest and "I just wanna make a buck" attitude is really awful! I've already smoked 2 bowls back-to-back of this stuff and nothing. I was higher straight than I am now - which has put me in a really bad mood and pissed me off. I've been an mj smoker for 40+ yrs and this is by far in the top 3 of my worst experiences. The stuff out of my dog's ass is probably better than this! It appears that the quality of product is decreasing while the slaves bow to the almighty dollar and to hell with us folks who really do need this for medicinal purposes, such as myself. Shame on them for gouging a senior on a fixed income! Guess I'm on the hunt for a new dispensary, any suggestions?

First of all they buy reviews with flower. Worst dispensary chain. Management only cares about profits. Not about people. Disorganized and slow. Caught them multiple times lying about the THC percentage on their website. Having people place orders and then pick up flower of a significant lower quality than advertised. I tried to bring it up to their management and they blacklisted me from this location, because I was trying to make other customers aware. Stay away and don’t trust them. I wasn’t even gonna leave this review, but months later someone else just informed me that it’s been happening to them too.
Not that I would want you to ever visit this place again. The parking lot IS A TERRIBLE MESS! It makes me not want to come more than anything. They only have one great budtender, and it’s constantly too packed to even go in, because it’s the only dispensary in this area. My worst dispensary visits have been here. Also, the security guards are rude and useless.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service anytime you call. Placed an online order over $400 dollars and it’s been a few hours ago nothing picked or says ready for check out. Front desk lady says “just come” pickup prompt on the call the lady told me “we’ll get to it when we get to it” um what type of customer service is this. If you can’t keep up with demand maybe have a hiring event and coach to basic customer service skills

Was really excited to try this place, but they post specials that aren't actually available at 10am. I called and the lady was rude to me when I asked about the specials. Your medical customers have kept you in business, so don't act like we're an annoyance now.

I love the service I receive every time I visit this location. Richard assisted me this morning. He provided great customer service and was very kind!!
Also, last week I met Momma Carrie and she was the so wonderful to talk to!

This is my 3rd visit since they opened and I'm pretty pissed off. I noticed some deals on Leafly and stopped by last night for some concentrate, Cresent Cannabis, to be specific. The budtender recommended Everest Concentrates, their diamond sauce & terp sugar, which both looked fanatic, however they wouldn't open the jar which I thought was a little suspect, especially since they just opened 2 Cresent jars for me peep. For the price, $40/g with 20% disco, I walked paying $32 for a gram of Everest Concentrate Lemon Mirange diamond sauce.
Stoked on my purchase, I headed home to see what Everest had to offer. I opened the jar and was immediately thrown by the lack of stank... But the diamonds looked healthy and the sauce was a nice Amber color. I went in for my first dab and the "sauce" was rock hard, no sauce at ALL!!! Of course I smoked it and was even more pissed off because this would have been an amazing strain to smoke.
My theory is that this batch from Everest is way past it's shelf life and has been deeply discounted, which is criminal. This shouldn't be in the shelves!
Beware buyer!!!!

was talked into buying the bubba kush flower for their deal. Said it was real good so (3) 8ths and have smoked one of them with out any buzz at all! WTF even has seeds in it not that I would wanna plant em anyway. very disappointed
Both your website and text say a cartridge brand (Sweet Carts) is bogo today. I order 6 of them you say they are ready for pickup. I get there and am told that was a mistake these aren't bogo. 3rd time this has happened. I feel like it's a bait and switch to get me in there and say now I owe double because the bogo isn't valid. You literally just sent me a text advertising this bogoright after I got back home after cancelling my order. You could have messaged me or called me ahead of time and said it was mistake instead of saying it's ready and springing it on me when I get there. Annoyed.

Budtender was sooooo rude! I cant believe that even happened . If you dont want to provide customer service by answering questions, dont work with people or customers. I was just asking normal questions like oh where are the caramels? and where are the carts on sale. “THEYRE RIGHT THERE” like i dont work sorry i didnt know where they were??? then i said oh thats so cool never seen horchata before and she said “so is that the one you want.” like uh maybe but ??? i cant talk to you like??? also i asked which carts were sativa and they said “theyre all labeled” like okay i can read but also yall just have a bad budtender, thats hardly the experience i have when at other dispos. then gave me a choice between two halves and scanned the one i did not want and said there was nothing they could do about it???? what???? I get having a bad day or whatever was going on with them but it was terrible customer service

I dislike the weed that I had got from the nirvana dispensary on hardy dr. in tempe because of the seeds that came with the weed , that I had bought from them.And it has seeds in it.i can show u...

Absolutely ridiculous I called in advance that I got get a deal that was 7 for 45 of top tier when I asked they told me I cloud take that deal all the way to an ounce but when I arrived I got laughed at and told there was no way that was possible for being medical patients only you would assume they would take more care of there customers by far the worst experience I have ever had buying weed in my life way to beat out saint Louis back alley deals
I hate how they hold the good drops like the cultivators don’t tell us when and where they dropped off their flower smh

I came to this dispensary as a first time patient. I got two eighths of flower plus a gram. The gram weighed right but both eighths were .4 grams light. It took several phone calls before I was able to speak to a manager about this. He said he checked his video and everything looked correct and was, therefore, unable to do anything about it. What a crock. I weighed both of these eighths several times and they were both short the same amount.

After receiving the above response, I did e-mail them again and, after three weeks, have received no response back. I understand these are unusual times but three weeks is long enough. I am not some young kid trying to pull a scam for a lousy .8 grams. I'm a 69 year old professional, trained in the scientific method, who knows how to weigh something. Very disappointed with the lack of response. On the positive side, I thought the Bubba Kush was very good.

This place is a mess.I keep trying with this place but every time the flower is so dry, burns up and burns my throat. They mix rec and med together so patients are waiting in line with rec, I went there at open and waited 45 min. There were workers everywhere, a full waiting room and only 2 people taking clients back. It's like as soon. as rec got approved, quality of service went down because they make their money regardless of how they work with you...

This was the worse weed I have ever bought🥴 Their house flower was nasty. They also charge $50🤣 I feel duped. Nirvana Center GMO house flower, 0 stars.
