This is my 3rd visit since they opened and I'm pretty pissed off. I noticed some deals on Leafly and stopped by last night for some concentrate, Cresent Cannabis, to be specific. The budtender recommended Everest Concentrates, their diamond sauce & terp sugar, which both looked fanatic, however they wouldn't open the jar which I thought was a little suspect, especially since they just opened 2 Cresent jars for me peep. For the price, $40/g with 20% disco, I walked paying $32 for a gram of Everest Concentrate Lemon Mirange diamond sauce.
Stoked on my purchase, I headed home to see what Everest had to offer. I opened the jar and was immediately thrown by the lack of stank... But the diamonds looked healthy and the sauce was a nice Amber color. I went in for my first dab and the "sauce" was rock hard, no sauce at ALL!!! Of course I smoked it and was even more pissed off because this would have been an amazing strain to smoke.
My theory is that this batch from Everest is way past it's shelf life and has been deeply discounted, which is criminal. This shouldn't be in the shelves!

I love this place; I live right down the street, and I'd live closer if I could. Well, I would have. That is until today. I've been a medical patient for two years, and this place has the mid-grade to top-shelf grade covered in spades. But the prices? We're done Nirvana. Go rip-off someone else. $60 an 1/8th??? Pre-tax??? I'm not a 15 year old novice, and you're not high-school seniors from 1999, so stop acting like it.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION WAS THE WORSE !! They are so unorganized with the lines !! The associate that assisted me took WAY LONGER then it should’ve for a pu order, didn’t acknowledge that i was a first timer , DEF NOT RECOMMENDED!!

was talked into buying the bubba kush flower for their deal. Said it was real good so (3) 8ths and have smoked one of them with out any buzz at all! WTF even has seeds in it not that I would wanna plant em anyway. very disappointed

I dislike the weed that I had got from the nirvana dispensary on hardy dr. in tempe because of the seeds that came with the weed , that I had bought from them.And it has seeds in it.i can show u...
my motha in law had smoke tht in the 60'sits dirt weed full of seeds bullshit..

What's up with the price hikes? You guys were the only ones who always included tax. Now every item has a noticeable/OBVIOUS tax amount added on top of the original cost.
Looks like medical patients have to take a hit for the recs. Sigh.
How can you raise prices and then bring back taxes on medial patients ? Greedy money sucks

Med patient here. Used to like this place. Not sure what happened. Management change or something? Usually had good experiences until recently and based off some things I’ve heard from friends who also used to regularly visit. Main issue for me is I have called multiple times with questions on specific medicine and it forwards you to voicemail. I’ve even left a voicemail with no return. I’ve also emailed with no return. Straight up unprofessional. Also, avoid Liquid Gold cartridges. They always have deals on them and now I know why. Questionable product with little to no web presence. Also, inconsistent labeling even across the same product. You’ll be better off going somewhere else, unless you’re not picky.
Super bummed about my first experience with ordering for pick-up here. I placed a pretty large order around 4PM yesterday, and wasn't notified it was ready until 9:30PM- 30 minutes before they closed. Apparently they "forgot" to notify me my order was ready.
This morning when I called to see if I could still pick up my order I was told that pick-up orders not picked up the day ordered will be returned to stock. That makes sense, but how could I be expected to pick up an order at 9:30, FIVE HOURS after I'd originally ordered it.
The order is showing as completed/picked-up here, another thing I think is weird because I didn't actually pick it up.
I'd still recommend this dispensary if you're going in to order, the people are cool, but I personally won't be going back.

Budtender was sooooo rude! I cant believe that even happened . If you dont want to provide customer service by answering questions, dont work with people or customers. I was just asking normal questions like oh where are the caramels? and where are the carts on sale. “THEYRE RIGHT THERE” like i dont work sorry i didnt know where they were??? then i said oh thats so cool never seen horchata before and she said “so is that the one you want.” like uh maybe but ??? i cant talk to you like??? also i asked which carts were sativa and they said “theyre all labeled” like okay i can read but also yall just have a bad budtender, thats hardly the experience i have when at other dispos. then gave me a choice between two halves and scanned the one i did not want and said there was nothing they could do about it???? what???? I get having a bad day or whatever was going on with them but it was terrible customer service

Placed a confirmed order over the phone this morning and drove an hour to pick it up. After waiting around 25mins to be called back they brought me the wrong order. When I asked to have them correct it I was told that the strain I had ordered was out of stock and there was nothing they could do. I’ve been coming to this dispensary for 3 years and wasn’t even offered a sorry for the inconvenience. Sadly after today’s experience I will never be returning and won’t be recommending Nirvana Center to anyone in the future. Worst customer service ever.
Ordered a pickup at 10 AM so I could reserve the specific items I wanted since I couldn’t be there until late in the day. When I arrive the order is missing 4/6 specific items I ordered. There weren’t any more, shocker. No attempt to make the situation right just, dang sorry about that bro. Not only has nirvana raised their prices but even when they hold sales you can’t take advantage of them when a huge error like that occurs.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service anytime you call. Placed an online order over $400 dollars and it’s been a few hours ago nothing picked or says ready for check out. Front desk lady says “just come” pickup prompt on the call the lady told me “we’ll get to it when we get to it” um what type of customer service is this. If you can’t keep up with demand maybe have a hiring event and coach to basic customer service skills
Don't go here! Used up management!

Not sure who's doing the trimming but leaving leaves on the buds is not cool seeds I haven't seen seeds in I don't know how long...not very many good deals...no where to sit...horrible music they took ova the best dispensary a 9 stars n made it a 3 star...very company oriented.. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY...
Nirvana center has always been great when I go in the workers have great customer service skills and the wait is not long at all will def go again .
Pick up line was terrible. One register with a line down the whole complex. Standing outside in the heat for over 30 min for an online order was terrible. People fighting in the parking lot over parking spaces. It was better when it was Nirvana.

The employees are garbage at helping you when you first walk in. They rather have conversations between themselves first then deal with you second. Their recommendations are garbage never had anyone there recommend a solid product they have ZERO knowledge. Crappy dispo low quality employees
