Online orders are inaccurate. Make sure you have your order handy when arriving as they will surely mess it up. Even after double checking I received the daily special, the budtender confirmed ‘Yes’. Then I reviewed my receipt in the car and I did not get the correct quantity/item and ended up paying more for less weed. Don’t expect an apology only long wait times while they figure things out. Also, don’t expect a refund when they overcharge you. Manager said she would ’take care of me’ and then walked away 2x without giving me money back I was overcharged and the budtender just gave me a blank stare as he couldn’t comprehend simple math in front of him. Been a customer for over a year but sadly Won’t be going back as this isn’t the first time I received wrong products ordered online. Too many other dispensaries in the area with MUCH BETTER rewards program and staff.
I’ve been shopping here for about 2 years now and never have I been so disappointed. Staff used to be friendly and smile even knew my name and super accommodating. now every time I go in I get snippy and rude people who don’t even look me in the eye, unwilling or unable to answer my questions, and just flat out rude in general. Never one to be a Karen but my most recent visit had me wanting to ask to speak to a manager. Sad.
Employees are rude, racist and homophobic. And to make it worse no one cares. This place has really gone downhill.

The service was great i dont remember my budtenders name but she was very helpful and cool. The herb they offered for the ftp isnt very good i dont think ill be back by this location but the staff was really cool

Look at those prices go! As a 3x weekly customer, Will be getting my flower elsewhere from now on. Also, the reward program sucks. Spend $1000, get $10.

Used to be my go to dispo, had the best deals in all the valley atleast a bogo everyday of the week, used to be tax included, seems like after rec prop 207 everyone forgot about the medical patients, sad especially for those that count cannabis as there main medication

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my last visit and because of this I will NEVER spend a dime at ANY Nirvana center. This sucks because I liked this location. 2 days ago I went in for a cart deal but all stock was sold. I ended up buying 2 get 1 deal of "Pharm" carts. The budtender seemed to make a point of telling me to keep my receipt in case one of the carts were defective I could bring it back. Of course I end up with a bad cart. I bring it back WITH my receipt but since I didn't save the packaging they wouldn't HONOR what the budtender told me. The receipt says you have so many days. I came back 2 days later..... WHY would a company be so trivial to LOSE a customer over maybe $15???? I am utterly DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Not a single mask on an employee. No enforcement of the 6 feet rule. They also have an issue entering the incorrect allotment amounts. The guy really tried to tell me that a 100mg of eddibles is a gram. there are 1000mg in a gram. I should have stopped going there when they tried to get greedy and take advantage of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Worst place EVER. Been in 3 times in last 4 months and every time they have to make a new rec profile and waste an additional 45 min just to give u my money IM DONE NIRVANA NOT ACHIEVED
You guys take away your deals when people need your deals the most , how sad that you resort to squeezing every last penny out of your customers, GO TO MINT, they kept their deals , goes to show how you dont care about patients or community, I hope the extra dollars you make is worth losing customers foe good. ***MINT HAS DEALS *** not a good look nirvana , hopefully you correct this.

Went in today and they said that they didn't have Grow Science included in the buy 2 get 1, yet it is advertised as included. What's with the false advertising? I won't be back.

First of all they buy reviews with flower. Worst dispensary chain. Management only cares about profits. Not about people. Disorganized and slow. Caught them multiple times lying about the THC percentage on their website. Having people place orders and then pick up flower of a significant lower quality than advertised. I tried to bring it up to their management and they blacklisted me from this location, because I was trying to make other customers aware. Stay away and don’t trust them. I wasn’t even gonna leave this review, but months later someone else just informed me that it’s been happening to them too.
Not that I would want you to ever visit this place again. The parking lot IS A TERRIBLE MESS! It makes me not want to come more than anything. They only have one great budtender, and it’s constantly too packed to even go in, because it’s the only dispensary in this area. My worst dispensary visits have been here. Also, the security guards are rude and useless.

Absolutely ridiculous I called in advance that I got get a deal that was 7 for 45 of top tier when I asked they told me I cloud take that deal all the way to an ounce but when I arrived I got laughed at and told there was no way that was possible for being medical patients only you would assume they would take more care of there customers by far the worst experience I have ever had buying weed in my life way to beat out saint Louis back alley deals

I will never go back here. My whole experience was a shit show! The line was long ..I dealt with that. Then the woman behind the counter seated me instead of sending me to the back where u go for orders. After all that I finally get to the counter and they have no clue where my order is!! So after spending almost hour and a half in the dispensary it was a total waste of my time. I would recommend you try somewhere else

Not only would they not answer my phone call to ask if they had what I needed in stock, but they were rude in the building and were “too” busy to help. Felt rushed and annoying. I have been here for years. But since growing. I will never come back to deal with the dispensary
Tempe location will make you wait in the heat outside to get online orders… horrible experience Do not order online if you shop at Nirvana… bud tenders are taking there times helping not being mindful for the really dumb idea to make people pick up outside… have your employees stand outside not customers

My favorite new place to Nirvana. slymer i got here recommended by Ash was very tasty. very big beautiful open clean lobby an filled with the best ppl to b assist you. On top of that got to run into my favorite DA Jessica an chop it up about how helpful she's been everywhere i encounter her. glad this place finally opened lol.
