Disliked everything about this place in the back of my mind I was almost thinking I was in a prank bun sadly no everything everyone is saying is true Open on day and they became the worst dispensary in Arizona,,, and that’s a lot of you’ve ever been to Yilo or the one on McDowell and 32nd

Pick up line was terrible. One register with a line down the whole complex. Standing outside in the heat for over 30 min for an online order was terrible. People fighting in the parking lot over parking spaces. It was better when it was Nirvana.

They have deals and specials on their site but when you go, they tell you there’s errors on the site and they do not honor it. Waste of time and money.

Probably the worst dispensary I've ever been to... staff is terribly rude and entitled. They sold me a MOLDY half ounce and wouldn't exchange it. Good deals but that's about it. Get extremely high before you go because the staff all is and that's the only way you'll be able to handle it.

IF YOU WANT PROPER SERVICE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. First AND LAST time at this location. My pickup order was not fully filled and was told I would have to go through the entire check-in process for 1 item, on top of that not honoring online price indicated for my purchase but when I asked to speak to a manager I spent 30 minutes waiting in the lobby watched 15-20 people walk in and out in that time and not once did the manager come and talk to me upon leaving I attempted to call the store multiple times but every time it kept ringing until disconnecting without warning never getting an answer

Everything. Gave me the wrong product that I asked for and wouldn’t exchange it for the one I said I wanted

2nd time in where the promos through leafly couldn't be verified. Did a buy 1 get 1 and was turned down that promo due to marketing error. Even though I had a verification pick up order with the total and promo on there to validate my end. Manager couldn't take care of me. Bad business in my opinion. Don't flash sales if you can't handle them.

Not sure who's doing the trimming but leaving leaves on the buds is not cool seeds I haven't seen seeds in I don't know how long...not very many good deals...no where to sit...horrible music they took ova the best dispensary a 9 stars n made it a 3 star...very company oriented.. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY...

The rudest most stuck up wanna be stoners. I didn’t know if you’re a budtender that it makes you the coolest person on the planet. Walmart of the dispensary world. This is why I and lots of others grow our own now. I’d rather wait on my next batch with no medicine to smoke than give my money to this dump

The second time this has happened.... 50 person line and 2 employees, what a joke... don't waste your time in line.. 7 other shops that want your business under a mile away that can accommodate more than 2 people at a time...gone down hill so bad, unorganized and hectic is the best definition...

Stay away from their bait and switch BS. Don't send me a confirmation that my order is ready for pickup when you don't even have the product.

I used to like a frequent Nirvana a lot.I usually buy around 200+ worth of goods every week or two... Not anymore .Lately the staff has been rude as hell to me acting rushy,forgetting my card and items. The Budtenders are all around seeming bothered by big orders time and time again every visit. Very unattentive not paying attention to my very specific questions(happened over four times now having to really get the budtenders to interact and answer questions regarding the stock orlineage or quality or personal usually pref's ).My biggest problem of all is the pricing and lack of selection on good flower . Three times I have been into the shop in the last month and a half and the flower has been of a lesser lackluster quality; very leafy and not compact,some with a brownish tint (some green)and it looks like its at a mersh-like quality selling for top dollar and when bought it was old and stale(not fresh; hard crispy and falls apart).The limited selection of Halfs oz's and eigths is criminal to sell at high prices bc usually its super stale or nothing but baby bud(or shreds of it)/ popcorn only. Besides one container they were selling all of the containers on all the shelves were mini shrubs that resembled popcorn selling for 10$ and up.The only good flower Nirvana had a week ago they are currently selling it for more per gram than the farms who grow them and sell them themselves. (IE green Pharms cherry pie purple urkle 8$ per gram at Green Pharms) Nirvana sells same flower for 12$ per gram thus exploiting price gouging during this quarantine and all around . There is hardly ever any concentrates like budder crumble rosin or kief any time I go in. I'm writing this bc its just a terrible feeling going in and literally dropping 2-400$ plus feeling ripped off when stepping out time and time again bc lack of quality.I hate paying inflated prices for flower I know i couldve gotten delivered for free with a lesser total cost when I just lyfted across the city to come into the dispensary. The ultra limited selection of good grown flower that is affordable and good quality ,the lack of freshness,the lack of having concentrates any time i go in ,and the rude forgetful staff who have time and time again made me feel less than appreciated are the sole reasons why me and my wife will not be coming back unless something big changes for the consumer. Sorry but until that happens me,my friends and my family will be shopping somewhere else.

I've had the worst experience with their product (1/2 oz flower for $60) and their lack of interest and "I just wanna make a buck" attitude is really awful! I've already smoked 2 bowls back-to-back of this stuff and nothing. I was higher straight than I am now - which has put me in a really bad mood and pissed me off. I've been an mj smoker for 40+ yrs and this is by far in the top 3 of my worst experiences. The stuff out of my dog's ass is probably better than this! It appears that the quality of product is decreasing while the slaves bow to the almighty dollar and to hell with us folks who really do need this for medicinal purposes, such as myself. Shame on them for gouging a senior on a fixed income! Guess I'm on the hunt for a new dispensary, any suggestions?

Workers didn’t even know there deals they had. Didn’t even know what they had in stock. The buds I got were super dry. Worst dispensary I’ve been too.

All the employees were extremely rude, and unwilling to answer any questions, but the product itself is over a year old. Was absolute garbage all the way around and I have been more than once. Don’t be fooled by the cookies brand. This is definitely not a cookies location just another shitty dispensary

EVERYTHING! I ordered for the second time through leafly and get notified they Dont have the product I ordered via text. then, I was texted by them saying the strain I ordered was out...why leafly wasn't updated..who knows. 😒. anyway, no problem, I was given two option on the text of two unknown to me strains (chemwidow and lemon sunshine) . no biggie, until I get there less than ten minutes after getting the text I arrived and guess what only one strain available that looked like something my mom grew In her garden back in the 60s. it was HORRIBLE!!! now, this is the second time I've had this happen at this place out of the three times I've been to this dispensary, leading me to believe his ish there bait and switch m.o. I expressed my concern and got no understanding from the staff. Which confirmed to me this is how this dispensary operates. DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BOTTOM END OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A DISPENSARIES IN THE VALLEY.

My favorite new place to Nirvana. slymer i got here recommended by Ash was very tasty. very big beautiful open clean lobby an filled with the best ppl to b assist you. On top of that got to run into my favorite DA Jessica an chop it up about how helpful she's been everywhere i encounter her. glad this place finally opened lol.

Carts always have issues! Bud tenders forget to add freebies in the bag and they are consistently out of all the sale flower.

budtender was a robot. she seemed either stoned out her mind and got the awkward silence or just not very happy. either way it's how Nirvana runs the deals that makes this a low review. 2 ND time in and no inventory to run the BOGO special for me and it can't be saved? the point of coming is because you enticed me with an offer that I can't even use? didn't wanna try and argue and just let it be. doubt I'll travel back just for 10$ off and a chance of not having anything in stock lol

This being my first time to this location, not my first time being in a dispensary. The atmosphere was nice it had arcade games to play while you were waiting. The location itself and the wide variety of goodies was amazing. I came with knowledge knowing what I wanted. But one thing that bothered me was the hospitality. The way I was being treated while looking for what I came for was very rude. Not welcoming more so like get what you want and hurry and leave next customer! You guys had tons of more options of edibles and goodies that I didn’t get to see because I felt rushed and like I was a nuisance to your job. That being said I’ll try a second time. Hoping for a better experience.
