I actually use to like this location but lately all the flower I’ve been getting from them has been EXTREMELY DRY. I just left from up there and bought an 8th of Black Banana GMO and as soon as I touched a bud it crumbled and turned into dust. This is unacceptable! Y’all gotta do better!!!!

Honestly this dispensary used to be great but lately my experiences have been less than pleasant and it’s sad given how it used to be. Multiple times in the past month I’ve ordered something that when getting to store ends up being totally different and or a different price. This morning was ruined by this happening yet again forcing me to get product I didn’t want because I didn’t have time to go anywhere else… always always extremely busy.

Staff are great the environment is relaxing and super inviting

The budtender she gets 5 stars. This was my worst experience with a product EVER! Im disappointed they would allow such trash "medicine" in there dispensary regardless of the tier it should be required to be quality- that's what happens when testing isn't required 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have enough seeds to open my own dispensary🙈🙉🙊 but would never sell a product like that🗑️

This Tempe location is great they always have good deals and online ordering is quick and easy. Ask for Malyk, and he will definitely hook you up with quality medicine

Wont be returning The last few times I’ve came I’ve had the same budtender who has the most shitty customer service I have ever experienced . I have never been told that I have to get out of line and wait at the end of line again after waiting for 10mins in line because I wanted to get another item other than the one that I already picked . He told me that me doing any modifications or changes to a pre-order that he didn’t even fill until I was at the register would be me cutting in line and I will have to go to the end of the line all I wanted to do was get a second eighth of what I already had because online gave me several options but once I got into the store there was only one strain available so I decided to get a second 8th and was told that I would have to get out of line and submit a new pre-order and wait just to get another eighth even though the store is completely empty

the atmosphere is amazing BUT they never have any good flower except their 320 oz price I'm sorry but that's ridiculous for the price when u can go down the street and get stuff for half the cost and way better. Also I come in at 8am in the first thing and they never have shatter for their shatter sale. Why have a shatter deal if u cant provide the shatter and if not they switch what ur special is on. I'm done with this place over priced for cbd weed and never have what u looking for.

Waited in 100 degrees heat for 45 minutes in the supposed to be quick online pick up! No concern for medical patients at this place. Need a medical only line.

One of the products I ordered wouldn't scan so I had to wait while it was "inventoried". Once it went through the system I had to wait again because the cashier didn't have enough change for me in the register. She handed another cashier 100 dollars to make change from a different register. This 2nd cashier quickly forgot what he was doing and began assisting another customer. After asking if there was somebody else that could get change, I was made to feel as if I was being unreasonable and was scolded by a third employee whom appeared to be on their lunch break as they were holding a to-go box of Mexican food. Usually great service but left much to be desired this time.

This was my first time……. I was treated really poorly idk what nirvana stands for but I was discriminated on based on where I’m from and what I look like I was making my orders online like everyone else does and they lied and told my my order wasn’t there as I went back to my car I reordered it online as I have social anxiety 😟 that’s why I like the self check out window not any more……… I went to the window a second time 😨 and they dude confirmed my order but said I can’t get it at the window and told me he didn’t know why I thought it was the app buggin but I tried a third time after getting a Slushy but went inside and the security gaurd treated me different then he treated everyone else… so the environment was very onsafe feeling and scared because they where trying to size me up basically bully me because how I looked 😭 I have social anxiety and it was my first time there I felt very uncomfortable an anxious being there.

Just walked out of the pickup line, honestly on a scale of 1 to 10 customer service.. that was easily a 12!! The budtender genuinely asked while pulling up my order, "how was your day?". Actually wasn't the best and I kinda hinted that.. bro went above and beyond, and hooked it up!! Big SHOUTOUT to him, and just from the smell and taste of the new strand, definitely a come up. Once again walked in having a bad time, walked out stoked on life again lol

I love how they are staying safe and still here for us in this time of need. Thanks for staying open and supplying our medicine.
