I love nirvana ! Never had a bad experience here. The bud tenders are always super nice & helpful when I go in. You can’t beat their $60 half oz and daily deals.

This is my number one place to go, they have the best deals and friendliest staff. Whitney was a huge help and pointed out a special I didn't know about. I always recommend this shop to my friends.

This place was amazing when I first moved to Tempe. Crazy deals, super nice staff, and it was close to my place. However, they stopped serving medical bc they were bought out by Cookies, and I think that’s literal Bull but it is what it is. Also started getting disappointed in the flower quality I was getting (super dried out, tiny nugs). Truly a let down having this place decline me for being a med user but still great memories

I don’t leave reviews often but Shannon and Ashley we’re both such cool people to me and made the experience way better than most other dispensaries are able to. It’s worth the long drive cause the weed is great and the people are even better. 10/10.

Great deals all the time, also it’s awesome they have the tax included in the price. Definitely recommend checking them out!

BAILEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 25 mins the first time I tried to preorder after the 25 mins she hung up I called back she was rude about me nicely saying out call was disconnected she then said she had to put me on hold I was then on hold for 35 mins I had the phone on speaker to make sure I didn't accidentally hang up after waiting an hour in all I was hung up again before I was put on hold I asked do you guys have an cherry icee timeless cartridges in stock because I'm coming from far I love an hour away she said yes after I waited 60 mins to order and was hung up on twice by BAILEY I called back several times every time it rang and rang or when to voicemail I called my whole hour trip so for 2 hours BAILEY couldn't answer that's Terrible customer service !!! I've been take calls over the phone for many years stressful ones and back to back so I don't see why bailey couldn't have handled her calls back to back my husband and me use to love it here but the customer service has went downhill and Nirvana does try to fix their mistakes so we will continue to stay clear form nirvana u till they get their affairs in order and go to tru bliss we're the staff is always kind and trying to help and the flower is fresh strong and very affordable plus they give 3% cash back so you always go home with cash credits for your next visit!!

Love nirvana but I got some bad service this trip, I won’t let that stop me from coming back, we can all do better, Nirvana got circle k workers attitudes as bud tenders lol . If that tip jar got a a dollar or two and everybody else jar is jumping , then that should tell you a whole lot lol. Good day .

I really enjoy coming to Nirvana to pick up prerolls. Location has awesome customer service and today Emilio helped me place an order over the phone as I was having issues with the Leafly app.

I have always loved this location, I prefer their top shelf over most of the dispensaries I’ve gone to. This review is not to say I’ll never be there again, but not only did my budtender not know any of the deals for 4/20 she didn’t assist in the purchase whatsoever. Above that, I was #54 in line at 6:30am this morning (4/20) and I didn’t get called back until 10am. Considering the bud tender I had didn’t know any of her own shops deals, I can see why it took so long. Please please tell your people to be prepared for any questions, because it should not take that long to serve less than 60 people. I appreciate the bud you grow, the jack herer is putting me on a cloud!

Usually get Item 9 carts herr but tried #GG4 Clean Cart and was pleasantly surprised. Also tried Smokies edibles which were ok, Gron Mega balls are the bomb...

Been here so many times. Great deals but it's the slowest dispensary I've ever been to by far and the vibe is toxically chill and since the change from Nirvana to Cookies they picked up some very rude staff.

Take forever to ring up people only buying a preroll. 30min wait

I ordered the Chemberry 1/2 oz deal and its advertising at24% but its only 20% thc. It had no smell. It smoked horribly and im mad i bought it. Also I have never gotten low quality from Cookies dispo since it’s been open so im furious. It was my last $50.

Most definitely the best spot in town. Quality flower good prices. The coolest budtenders ever .I recommended this spot to my brother-in-law.
