Went today during the grand opening and it’s a great location and the vibes were there just be ready to be rushed out of there and not be cared for as a patient. Definitely will never go back to this location ever again. I asked what other specials there were I should take advantage of and he told me about some carts and after I found out wasn’t a special but my ftp deal. After figuring that this also the first time I’ve been told I wasn’t allowed to save it, I had to use it or loose it. I asked if the special was indica or sativa dominat cause I get horrible headaches with sativa, I was told it was indica. Lol. When I got home I found out it was Sativa. I would definitely not recommend their new location. Side note: AJ location never had this issue and they all are so caring

Ordered through supurb delivery. Got the platinum GSC for $100 half ounce. I’m so disappointed in the quality of flower. It’s the smaller popcorn bud, and they decided to black out the price of $20 on the label so in reality they up charged me for garbage bottom plant flower. Robbery from a patient. Thanks

Got here 10 minutes after opening and they were already out of the cheap halves. They advertise this special all the time, and are always "out" of stock. This place will waste your time over and over. Go somewhere that actually stocks their specials!!!

accepted my phone order. no further communication. got there, was told they couldn't fill any of it. they offered me something more expensive. not going back

BEWARE! watch out for mislabeling of products. several people have informed them but still no correction. WTF live hash rosin batter is really Live Resin Batter. Hydrocarbon extracted BHO/PHO.

This place is seriously THE BEST dispensary I’ve been to in AZ. They have such an awesome, wide variety of products. I have heard some patients complaining about them selling out of their $60 1/2oz too quickly, but I go in there extremely regularly, and whenever I get there first thing in the am, or I place a pre-order first thing in the am, they always have at least 2-3 full rungs of them or more, and I’ve never had a problem getting 1 or 2. Sometimes they even bring more of them out half-way through the day. I also hear and see patients getting upset about the fact that their $17 pre-packed eighths are usually not of very good quality... DUH! Why do you think they’re so discounted?! You’re literally getting that bud for less than $5/gram, so don’t expect top shelf bud for dirt cheap prices. And please stop getting mad at the poor Budtenders just bc you can’t afford quality weed and/or you can’t manage to make a preorder or get to the dispensary first thing in the morning. It’s not their fault that you’re broke and have bad time management skills! Lol Lastly, I just want to remind everyone that the Tempe location is going through A TON of new changes, so try to be understanding if you have to wait a little longer than usual. Give them a break! They’re all just trying to do their best. Oh and one more thing, they do not falsely advertise anything. Some of their ads might be somewhat misleading (just like any other business), but not false. All you gotta do is just READ! They have covered their asses in all of their ads by stating “restrictions apply” and/or “while supplies last”. Make sure you’re looking at the correct location’s list of specials, as they’re not the same at every location.

I love this location they always have what I’m looking for. I’m glad they no longer metal detect.

Site says it was updated 22mins ago and still has the strains they told me were sold out listed as in stock. Someone isnt doing their job.

I loved Tempe Nirvana but now that Cookies has taken over and they don’t give any sort of discount for medical card it will be my last trip. I guess this is the trend, the money is in rec and the med patients pay the price.

Leafly menu is never up to date and medical patients (you know, those of us that helped build your business) can’t get our meds. F*** rec

They don’t care about there paying customer. They will cheat you any chance they get Especially Heather the floor supervisor. They GM thinks their incentives are free. We pay for that! You gave me a sh**t cart! House brand that didn’t work and refused to exchange. Call them and tell them “we come because of the incentive” but you don’t stand behind them! I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst dispensary in town. Never any parking

It was my 1st at this location, Carrie helped me out she’s very knowledgeable about the products and very sweet. I’d highly recommend anyone to go see her. This is my new favorite dispensary!!

Whitney was amazing !!!! I was a first time Paige to and I told her what I wanted and she took great care of me …. There was another lady from Chicago who was also very helpful !!!!!! They have great discounts and the energy is amazing !!!!!

More then two different occasions I’ve drove here for “deals” you have posted up, and then when I show up you don’t have the deals? You’re company looks bad for having deals that you don’t honor !!! Maybe your “manager” should update your deals so you don’t loose customers.

I have a medical card and I refuse to pay the 24% tax. I went there today and the security guard was a bit weird. He was asking everyone if they had any weapons. I don't generally get asked that at the dispensary.

This brand new Cookies store is fully stocked. Surely they will run out of items since it is grand opening day. They have all of the cookie flowers that Los Angeles has. They are a recreational store so no med card is required. Anybody anywhere in Arizona smoking other mids needs to get their s*** together and pull up to the Cookies store. This store is the business. Congratulations Berner on another successful grand opening.

I really enjoy every visit to the Nirvana center- Tempe. Super friendly staff and always with the best medicine.
