honestly super disappointed with this location. I came in for the 2nd time visit, and they denied me because I didn't have the punch card for first time visits. the bud tender was unenthusiastic and didn't seem too interested in helping me out.

Honestly I am disappointed had my worse experience tonight after shopping with nirvana for 4 years honestly will not be visiting this location anymore . Someone needs to put the newer employees through customer etiquette classes. Especially the people that are in the front as they are first contact with the customer and tend to pass off there bad attitudes. Also if the policy is online orders should be placed by 8pm it should reflect that but it says 8:30pm cutoff time on your websites. It is sad that I was turned away in a rude way with a laugh and smile telling me to have a good night( taller heaven set girl). I actually have medical needs and was attempting to avoid having to take narcotics tonight. Also on top of it I get a message a 9:30 saying order ready for pick up . Which has to be a slap in the face .

I really like the fact that nirvana has staff that are kind and the vibes are always relaxing.

I go to nirvana in central phx all the time. I am excited for the new location and this is my first time at this location. I’m excited to see what kind of edibles they have.
