Service was great I must say. I went in to buy 2 of the $89 half ounce Pre Pack. I settled on the Sour Kush because it looked the best out of the options they had :( but you can’t touch the package. So when I get home I am pissed because 1st it smells like old hay. After further investigation this shit has a harvest date of 11/10/20 and I purchased Sunday 3/7/21.... C’mon people almost 100 bucks after taxes for some old brown Sess weed that smells suspect at best. This was my worst flower purchase in 6 years of having a medical card. Down right disrespectful! A straight ripoff. If I paid half of the price I would still feel scammed. To be fair I have purchased pretty decent flower from them before but I doubt if will purchase flower from them again. I wish I could show you guys a picture. Damn Smh

PROFITS OVER PATIENTS
is why I won't and haven't been back since I was told that's how their going to run the dispensary from now on, no more deals or anything for medical patients....if it wasn't for us medical patients who paid for their card you wouldn't have even been open. Thanks for no loyalty to the Medical Community.

I’m tired of uneducated budtenders. Know your product before entering the industry. I wasted gas and 40+ minutes driving and waiting for ROSIN specifically, while being told they had it. Only to find out they had clean concentrate crystalline. To be fair this isn’t just this dispensary. Most people I’ve called don’t know or care about the difference either. They just see or hear the brand or product category and say yes. No concern of actual product, differences or effects. This industry is growing daily. Either be interested and care about it or get out.

Writing this to negate the review I wrote earlier today!!
I've been a consistent customer at the 75th Ave location since they opened & I went to the 35th Ave location before that. occasionally I still go to the 35th Ave store just not as often as the 75thave store. In the past 2 weeks, I've been going to the 35th Ave store because they had $25 8ths in a variety that 75th Ave didn't have.
Today I pre ordered online 1 8th of Gelato for $35 and an Echo Vape for $24 from the 75th Ave stor.e. I also did a review for February for a pre roll.
Mayra S. was my budtender and when I said I did a review, she said Oh we don't do free pre rolls for reviews anymore. 😲I was stunned! She said, They just told us yesterday. I asked if she could apply the 25 points to my loyalty to points and she said No, we aren't doing that either.
Then she gives me the total and it's $62 when I had calculated it would be $57.67. I asked about the 10% discount for the online order and she said We only discount the cartridge because the $35 prepacked 8th is already discounted. 😲
Discounted from what?? everything is prepacked now and no where on the Menu does it say prepacked 8ths are discounted already.
I had to say Well I won't be coming back here any more. I'll just stick to the 35th Ave location because they give the 10% discount on every thing, I never have to ask. Including the $25 8ths even!! I asked her WHY the Nirvana stores can't all be on the SAME PAGE w/policies and she said Oh I dont know, I basically just work here. 😲
It was literally the worst experience I've ever encountered at ANY Nirvana since they opened!!
I am very disappointed in a company that I thought was doing right by their customers & they're not!
Anyway, don't do great reviews expecting anything free, It ain't happening!!

bad customer service long line lazy employees
FTP Review - online order. Upon check-in it was clear that the skinny middle aged front desk gal hates her job. She has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER. I almost felt like apologizing to her for it being my 1st time there...almost.
The entire facility, inside and out are 100% ghetto. Think of it as going to a Dr. office in a 3rd world country. And you've gotta love the thug music blaring inside. I heard more F bombs in the music than I would at an MMA event.
After nearly an hour of waiting, a gal that was 4 or 5 people behind me in line was called back. I asked the front desk demon-lady how many people were in front of me and she said 13!!! How on earth can 13 people be in front of me when a customer 4 people behind me got called back before me. I asked the gal for my card and walked out empty handed.
Years ago I was a regular at their place on 35th Ave but stopped going after online orders became nothing but stems and shake. Add that to this locations ghetto atmosphere and demon-lady and BAM, you have the worst-run dispensary in the state. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE OF A DISPENSARY.

honestly the worst dispensary in all of phoenix! security sent people home because they didnt have masks before opening yet when they opened they start giving masks away to the new people arriving. I was the second person to check in yet i was the 5th person to go back and that was only because i said something. It is 8:03am they are sending the deals for the day yet some how they are already out! this is the second time i show up right after or before they open and they are "out" or they "havent put it in the system" so they cant sell it!!!! ALL A SCAM!

I hated this 75th location they’re rude and unclean there, and it’s seems every time I get a deal on my phone they never know what I’m talking about or they don’t have any and try to up sell you on some bullshit that rosin garbage , and first time buyer thinks for the dry shitty pre roll

They leave the door open, so the lobby and in turn the sales floor, has flies and gnats everywhere. They don’t take people in order, I was the only med patient besides one other, and then 3 more show up and they took them before me, for no reason. Another customer in the lobby ran their mouth at me and security had something to say to ME for telling her to mind her business. I remember why I don’t come here. And the sales floor is reeeeeeally cramped. Covid anyone?

First time here medical patient , dude tells me grape durban is indica no man sativa, and dry as a bone , Garbage Garbage and the three other strains dry, so dry turns to dust when broken up 50 $ eighths crap just crap .
Wouldn’t bother coming here. Their shit.

It’s very disheartening to place an online order at 9:00am to still be waiting at 12:40 in the dispensary for an hour to pick up. Other medical customers including myself had been waiting for hours 2 or more hours.

Got something purply something by Nirvana their grow in flower the first time I went there & didn't even use my BOGO cause it's ridicuouls policy u have to buy an eighth then get one! That's a lot of product I may not like! Duh.. no bueno on the 8th I bought neither my bad stick to Ponderosa my bad!

I used to be a regular medical customer make my pre-order every single day so for me I tried to give dim a chance to rectify their issues but keep getting worse they have new bartenders that don't know how to put the simple discount at the end of the order overcharging. The med was decent for the price but now it's not even worth it no more and this is coming from a daily customer. And with the way they got things now it's going to make it hard for me to come back.
I have been to this dispensary several times before and today I went in for some more meds. I placed an online order for some carts and all was good. I went to pick up and checked in and that went well too. The budtender handed me my items in a bag already stapled and said order was for "such amount " and I told him should be actually another amount . He realized his mistake went back got the right products "supposedly" and had me pay. I leave and get home to realize that the items I had were wrong still. I called right away spoke to receptionist there and they told me the manager could not do anything for me. They didn't even offer to get on the phone with me to hear my frustration. The receptionist was very helpful and believe me , I understand that people make mistakes but how is that my fault that I am stuck with the wrong meds for my pain ??? I never had any other bad experiences here before just sucks on the whole situation and how it was addressed.

I went there for a pick up, one item. Service was all over the place! I checked in and 45 minutes went by! People who had checked in after me were being helped before I was helped! That was some BS that I waited that long for a pick up! You guys definitely need some leadership and organization there!
I am always ignored, forgotten or they let everybody cut in front of me. Every single time. I've been waiting an hour. A walk in just got called ahead of me. I try to give you guys second chances and you just suck.

Woke up Sunday Morning to a text from them inviting me to their Epic Fail Opening (They referred to it as Grand Opening). So I stopped in - maybe 8-10 people in the lobby so figured Im out of here in a few minutes (waited 45 minutes). Every TV in the lobby was telling about all the great specials they had going - $16 eights - BOGO of tons of cartridges etc. etc. They take me back where they have about a dozen client stations set up and have 3 employees back there working - 45 minutes for 10 people makes sense now. My budtender notifies me their Epic Fail Opening ended yesterday but now they have some great "specials" like bottom tier $25 eights and 500ml cartridge for $30 - WOW like every one of the 10 dispensaries I passed on my way here an hour ago - what a bargain. The other Nirvanas are great and maybe these guys will get their sh*t together but I won't be back to find out - Bait and Switch at your Grand Opening makes it an EPIC FAIL Opening. I did have a great marketing idea though - how about a shirt that commemorates the occasion "I got BURNED at Nirvana" - every patient who waits an hour to get the bait and switch special gets a free shirt for every $100 they waste here.
So I’m leaving this review to shout out Arely , that girl is working hard & she made things right for my order. But everyone else I’ve worked with also usually has an amazing attitude thank you guys (:

bought a half oz of potent planet that wasn't sealed,came home to weigh out and was short over a gram. I then called and spoke to supervisor on FEB 4th at 11:00am . who assured me my scale was off and needed to be calibrated which then assured him I checked myself before calling. he then said he was trying to give a reason as to why. I I asked if his staff could be at fault and he ASSURED me "due to covid restrictions thats not possible. " not sure what opening a bag that's not sealed has to due with covid restrictions but I am now waiting back from potent planet . not looking for reimbursement but I am trying to assue the next time I need meds I can drive down the street and not have to go across town to make sure this doesn't happen. I encourage people to check . a thief or thief in this industry hurt not only the people , who they take from . but also the vendors who make good meds for patients .
