I was having trouble finding availability for the products I was shopping for over a number of weeks and saw that they have a live chat option if you need help but decided I wasn’t going to bother with it because I just figured I would get some annoying canned reply that would frustrate me even more having wasted my time and I sort of figured I would just end up talking to a robot anyway. BUT, last week while checking their menu online something made me click the chat option and I was connected with Richard who could not have possibly been more receptive in terms of my issue and ongoing frustration. By the end of the chat, this man had become my hero in the entire universe of customer service professionals. He went above and beyond to help me out .... actually wayyyyy above and wayyyyy beyond what I anticipated from a customer service chat. Seriously,, it truly blew me away. If anyone reads this and has been in that position where you think a customer service inquiry will just be pointless due to nature of issue and the assumption they won’t be able to help you - well, I encourage you to reach out in the case of Northeast Alternatives. I was so thankful to him and to whatever clicked in my mind that made me decide to finally click that chat button. I think the fact alone that they offer this sort of ez access to prompt customer service while you are on the site speaks volumes of the establishment and management at ne alternatives - so I guess it makes sense they have high caliber employees like Richard who seem to genuinely want to help you if there is any way they possibly can. He truly made my day. I suspect they take good care of their employees because I know there is no business owner who would want to lose such quality people like him especially but also others that I encountered later that day when I visited in person.

I went to north east tonight and had a great experience!!! I bought white knuckle flower and can't wait to get home with it! I just wanted to shout out my budtender Emily who helped me out, she was so pleasant and I assume she had a smile under that mask! Lol thanks for being awesome Emily and North East!

Products are amazing and Chan T. was an exceptional budtender!!! He asked us what we wanted and knew exactly what to sell us. Other budtenders came over and BS’d with us too. Atmosphere is out of this world. Highly recommend

Been a customer since opening day and also since day 1. Love the atmosphere and the bud tenders are always polite and customer service is A++ Darius has been a great bud tender as well and always have a the information whenever I need about Buds or any product! Highly recommended!!!

I had a question about a strain that may or may not had been in stock (they have an award winning strain called Purple Sunset and it’s my all time favorite). I went into the online customer service chat and spoke to Richard F. He was SUPER kind and helpful and personable. They didn’t have my strain but he gave me a suggestion for a different strain they had in stock that’s similar and very good! Richard F. was the best and I’ve never had any issues when I’m at Northeast!

I always enjoy coming here! They make everyone feel warm and welcome despite everything with the Covid-19 pandemic. Go see budtender Ken and the gang! They know their stuff and have a great selection.

We Very thing about this place is amazing ( except the rape of taxes) I gotta say tho my favorite part is checking out the online menu then hoping Victoria is the one on the chat. I literally gave her a task , said only had 59$ on my debit card and what could I get that be worth the money... Becuz I couldn't add the tax and fee plus product, she did it all and suggested a variety of prerolls. Time and time again, she always kills it. When I come to pick up my order this evening I hope to run into her so I can personally thank her for being awesome at her job. I don't have a clue as to who she is as a person, all I know is that if there is anyone I'd want to discuss my purchase options with, it be her.
