My girlfriend and I went to this dispensary for the first time, coming from out of state. The whole process, from parking attendants until checkout, was the most professional. Kirk took care of us and was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I have nothing negative to say about the experience at all. He answered all our questions happily and was not pushy about anything and gave his honest and personal opinions. While I haven’t tried the product I purchased yet, I would come back myself and highly recommend this dispensary for their top tier service and professional atmosphere.

I've been to every dispensary in Massachusetts, and Northeast Alternatives is BY FAR the best one!! They treat you like a human, not a cash flow source. I was served by a wonderful human being named Tayla C. Her expertise was impeccable, and her compassion was palpable. Thank you Northeast Alternatives!!!!!

Really great shop with great staff Shelly is one of the Best I have never had a bad experience, the quality of the pre-rolls, was on point but not to Great no more because you all switch the per roll papers to some plan white one’s Overall a great spot

Devin was the salesperson who assisted me. He was competent, friendly, and honestly, patient with me. I embarrassingly forgot the PIN number for my debit card. So in the end I had to postpone my purchase. Devin remained friendly and helpful. Best kind of help and service I could ask for!
