I communicated this morning with Richard, who was very responsive and helpful. I was asking about availability of Levia Celebrate Water-Soluable Tincture, because I think it's a great product, but seems to be out of stock in the area. He agreed with me that it's a good product and said he would communicate my comment to the folks on your end who order new products. Thanks Richard!

We Very thing about this place is amazing ( except the rape of taxes) I gotta say tho my favorite part is checking out the online menu then hoping Victoria is the one on the chat. I literally gave her a task , said only had 59$ on my debit card and what could I get that be worth the money... Becuz I couldn't add the tax and fee plus product, she did it all and suggested a variety of prerolls. Time and time again, she always kills it. When I come to pick up my order this evening I hope to run into her so I can personally thank her for being awesome at her job. I don't have a clue as to who she is as a person, all I know is that if there is anyone I'd want to discuss my purchase options with, it be her. I love this store, their products, and the people. I can't say enough how helpful they are and KIND! I've spoken to a John, a Victoria, and more recently and more often a Thea who have been so helpful. They respond quickly to the online chats and have the answers you're looking for. They are very educated and I would suggest this store to anyone. I've been a customer for about 3 years now. The only store I frequent. And I drive quite the distance for it. But, worth every cent.

Hi I was interested in getting the jet fuel concentrate and the menu said (I) for indica which I prefer also it said hybrid below and if you in larged the picture it said sativa on the box... I talked to Richard F. And he was very helpful and informative letting me know that it's (SH) sativa leaning so the menu has to be fixed, I very glad he helped me out big time cause it has (I) for indica and I would have been disappointed. Also had question About the vapes and he knew exactly what I needed to hear ! Thank you. You guys rock, always a amazing staff, at Northeast you can never go wrong.
