The first dispensary I’ve ever been to. Amazing. The bar is so high after being here. I feel safe and comfortable here. As a person of color.. that is not always possible. I do hope they are finding a way to assist people of color who have been jailed for marijuana and acknowledge these racist actions.

Was trying to place an order online when I wasn't sure if it went thru. Started a chat with Victoria who was super helpful. Have never ordered online or even at a dispensary before. Was just looking for "regular" pot to help keep relax. But everything was "fancy" named. I asked for her opinion and she 1st wanted to know if I wanted energy or to relax and she asked about a budget. Told her something small. She was super helpful and was rven patient when I told her it'd be a few minutes because I was driving.

I always have tons of questions when I shop at NEAlt and the staff is always so kind and helpful. I never feel rushed. I just spoke to Richard via chat on the NEAlt website and he helped me understand the online menu. I pass other dispensaries and travel an hour out of the way just to shop at NEAlt.
