Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about Northeast Alternatives in Fall River. My budtender Becca couldn’t have been more personable and made my first time there worth returning. Covid tents being heated was a nice treat and the bud train moved smoothly to check out. Should definitely check them out, worth the ride.

So NE is my typical go to for flower. I have my medical card and I absolutely love how quick and simple it is plus their product are amazing quality. Large variety of weed. I love dealing with Lily, she’s absolutely sweet, informative, and helpful! She has recommended awesome flower to me more than once and she always remembers our previous conversations(I’m kind of a regular lol) which shows how awesome her customer service is!! 12/10 service!

I asked for a product and just found out I got the wrong product. A little ticked off since I drove 35 miles to go there. I can't do anything about it now, so it is what it is but I'll be shopping somewhere else for a while because of it.

I’m not often given to write reviews, but I have to say that NEA consistently defines excellence. Every time I shop there and in the live chat function there is solid knowledge and professionalism, but with a very genuine depth of caring I don’t really experience elsewhere. Mike T is a particular standout, as certainly is Richard; I am so glad to have met them both. The efficacy, innovation and detail in NEA’s unique and curated products also show respect and celebration of these gifts of Nature we are now fortunate to be able to add to our consciousness. Isn’t that what it’s all about ? Five stars, and if there were more I’d give them.

Every visit is very pleasant. I wish I could remember all of the employees that have been very helpful in recommending strains and product for me to try. Very welcoming and warm. Today Richard F was very helpful answering my questions while I was shopping online to place my order. Favorite spot!

We Very thing about this place is amazing ( except the rape of taxes) I gotta say tho my favorite part is checking out the online menu then hoping Victoria is the one on the chat. I literally gave her a task , said only had 59$ on my debit card and what could I get that be worth the money... Becuz I couldn't add the tax and fee plus product, she did it all and suggested a variety of prerolls. Time and time again, she always kills it. When I come to pick up my order this evening I hope to run into her so I can personally thank her for being awesome at her job. I don't have a clue as to who she is as a person, all I know is that if there is anyone I'd want to discuss my purchase options with, it be her. Was trying to place an order online when I wasn't sure if it went thru. Started a chat with Victoria who was super helpful. Have never ordered online or even at a dispensary before. Was just looking for "regular" pot to help keep relax. But everything was "fancy" named. I asked for her opinion and she 1st wanted to know if I wanted energy or to relax and she asked about a budget. Told her something small. She was super helpful and was rven patient when I told her it'd be a few minutes because I was driving.

I'm a medical patient and the bud tenders at NEA are fabulous, especially Victoria. I had a hard time finding a vape that I liked and she helped me find one that is one of my favorites. Use the messaging app to ask questions, you're sure to find what you're looking for. Have fun!

This has been my go to recreational use dispensary since legalization. I always find the selection, prices & stock to my liking. Today I was browsing online ahead of a planned shopping trip. I had some questions and sought recommendations. For the first time I utilized the Live Chat feature via the website for the Fall River location & was NOT disappointed. Richard F. was able to make some great recommendations on both vape cartridges & edibles, with ease. He asked a few follow up questions to ensure he understood what I was looking for, which is the tell for good customer service!! He was prompt, knowledgeable & friendly. Give that man a raise!
