I had liz tonight on the phone she spent a ton of time going over products with me and even told me about some I wouldn't have thought to use love her upbeat attitude and the fact that she just wanted me to get what I needed or what was going to help me. She even went over deals and how I can get the most of the daily limit 1 ounce. Liz told me about her favorite "pot heads" who will help me when I come into the store and even told me about a new place to get my Medical card if I was interested. I would say if you plan to go here call up and talk to Liz before you will have a better laid out game plan with lots of information and understanding of what would work on your stuff.

NEA has quickly become my go to dispensary in the area. The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are always busy but you never really wait long. I utilize the online pick up method mostly and it couldn’t be easier. They also have a great selection of products. They carry all the usual brands and their house stuff is incredible. Their carts are A+ as well as their edibles and the flower. The prices are great too. I find many dispensaries are regularly 10-15 dollars more for the same products. Would highly recommend.

I had a question about a strain that may or may not had been in stock (they have an award winning strain called Purple Sunset and it’s my all time favorite). I went into the online customer service chat and spoke to Richard F. He was SUPER kind and helpful and personable. They didn’t have my strain but he gave me a suggestion for a different strain they had in stock that’s similar and very good! Richard F. was the best and I’ve never had any issues when I’m at Northeast!

Great people and knowledgeable, but second time they gave me the wrong strain. Not going back, especially with a BUNCH of new dispensaries opening close to them, AND second time my preroll wasn’t packed right. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Dawn has been my budtender the last few times in med and I am always happy to have her she is always super honest when you ask her about flower choices and I like that specially when picking out flower she always chats it up making sure to ask specific questions about what I am looking for and then ask how my day is going and just laugh it up she is always smiling and professional

I was having trouble finding availability for the products I was shopping for over a number of weeks and saw that they have a live chat option if you need help but decided I wasn’t going to bother with it because I just figured I would get some annoying canned reply that would frustrate me even more having wasted my time and I sort of figured I would just end up talking to a robot anyway. BUT, last week while checking their menu online something made me click the chat option and I was connected with Richard who could not have possibly been more receptive in terms of my issue and ongoing frustration. By the end of the chat, this man had become my hero in the entire universe of customer service professionals. He went above and beyond to help me out .... actually wayyyyy above and wayyyyy beyond what I anticipated from a customer service chat. Seriously,, it truly blew me away. If anyone reads this and has been in that position where you think a customer service inquiry will just be pointless due to nature of issue and the assumption they won’t be able to help you - well, I encourage you to reach out in the case of Northeast Alternatives. I was so thankful to him and to whatever clicked in my mind that made me decide to finally click that chat button. I think the fact alone that they offer this sort of ez access to prompt customer service while you are on the site speaks volumes of the establishment and management at ne alternatives - so I guess it makes sense they have high caliber employees like Richard who seem to genuinely want to help you if there is any way they possibly can. He truly made my day. I suspect they take good care of their employees because I know there is no business owner who would want to lose such quality people like him especially but also others that I encountered later that day when I visited in person.

Best quality products and great staff

I had a issue with the packaging of one of your products that I purchased from Trade Roots. I went back with my receipt for an exchange or store credit. The assistant manager refused the return, took my # and said the Manager would call me. After 3 days and no call I decided to email where the product was made. Rich Farrends reached out to me, oppaulogized for my troubles and offered me a complimentary gummy product of my choice. This exceptional customer service was by Rich went way beyond my expectations. He should be recognized for going above and beyond to make the customer happy and it wasn't even purchased there!! Thank you Rich
