This has been my favorite dispensary and grower since it opened. Consistent premium quality bud at great prices, a menu I can understand (seriously the best in store around), fantastic selection and truly the happiest and most knowledgeable staff. Nathan M. is friendly, informed and efficient, his smile alone is enough to want to come back for.

Every single time I come in here, everyone is so helpful and informative. I recently had an inquiry and used the chat feature online. Richard F. answered the chat and my questions and was super pleasant to communicate with. I have gone when there are both lines and no lines and even when the lines are a few people deep, it moves fast. The best part is despite that, you never ever feel rushed in making a purchase or like you are asking too many questions. If you are in the area, in my opinion there's no better place to stop in.

I love this store, their products, and the people. I can't say enough how helpful they are and KIND! I've spoken to a John, a Victoria, and more recently and more often a Thea who have been so helpful. They respond quickly to the online chats and have the answers you're looking for. They are very educated and I would suggest this store to anyone. I've been a customer for about 3 years now. The only store I frequent. And I drive quite the distance for it. But, worth every cent.

I ordered online. Had a question about the products and Richard provided a clear and helpful response that made my decision very easy. Each time I have gone to north east alternative the staff have been friendly, helpful and accommodating. There are a few other dispensaries near by but I haven’t felt the need to even try any others because things have always been great here!

I was lucky enough to have Brett help me out this past time I came in. I didn’t know what I wanted and Brett was able to pick a couple different carts to cover all my bases. It was a quick transaction and Brett was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had liz tonight on the phone she spent a ton of time going over products with me and even told me about some I wouldn't have thought to use love her upbeat attitude and the fact that she just wanted me to get what I needed or what was going to help me. She even went over deals and how I can get the most of the daily limit 1 ounce. Liz told me about her favorite "pot heads" who will help me when I come into the store and even told me about a new place to get my Medical card if I was interested. I would say if you plan to go here call up and talk to Liz before you will have a better laid out game plan with lots of information and understanding of what would work on your stuff.

The music was playing quite loud and it was mildly chaotic but good service and good product

It’s so quick and easy here and the employees are truly the best. Luann helped me the last few times I was there and she’s awesome! Answered my questions, offered suggestions and was overall super friendly and welcoming.

hi love this place I usually have no problems picking stuff up but today I put my order in on line and when I got their to pick it up they lost my bag and no longer had the stuff I ordered so I had to get something else that I really didn't want.
