Devin Harnett kills my order every time. I always have to run in before work so I am kind of in a rush but I always seem to get him and he is so quick and awesome! Favorite dispensary locally for sure!!

Went around 12:30 on a Monday. Parking was well organized. Waited outside in line for about ten minutes, but the folks behind me said they went frequently and this was an unusually long line. Once inside, there was no wait as I had reserved online and there is a separate area for that. My tender was quick and friendly. I like the selection at NEA better than some of the options closer to Boston, and I am happy with the quality. It's also nice that they offer some of the concentrates in 1/2g increments - a good way to try new things without such a pricy commitment.

Great chat with cashier 54014 ( busy day I forgot his name ). He was down to earth and knowledgeable. He listened and offered his recommendations. Customer service is is most important when it comes to where I shop.

Online ordering is quick and easy! Melanie G. did an awesome job making the pickup order a friendly, inviting, and hassle-free experience. I left the dispensary smiling and laughing, which hasn't always been the case with some other places I've been to. The prices are steep (as is the trend in the area), but that is subject to change in time. I would still recommend going here for the friendly staff and pickup orders.

Everyone here is so nice and will answer all your questions. The lines can be a bit long so if you are a regular pot smoker I definitely recommend ordeing online to cut the lines.

I stopped by for the 1st time as a patient last week. It was a little overwhelming, but that’s just my anxiety. I didn’t get to hear all the offers they have for 1st time patients, so I reached out and spoke with Richard F. whom was very helpful and told me to ask for him next time and basically told me next time I go he will hook me up. He seemed very nice and understanding. I will definitely stop by there again

Victoria did a stellar job informing me about concentrate issues that I was having. Her knowledge of the products and policies of Northeast Alternatives was good customer service. It's helpfull to have the consumer informed about getting what they are looking for,and I have a much better understanding after consulting with Victoria. Thumbs Up !

I've been shopping here for some time now, and each visit, I am greeted with friendly, engaging, knowledgeable staff, consistently broad variety and high quality of products, and a welcoming, chill, professional atmosphere. (Shout out to Heidi for hooking it up today and being delightful!) I drive an hour to shop here - and there are several dispensaries closer to home. The attention to social distancing and available parking are also killer. Thanks for doing your thing, all - Much love!

When you go here to this place you'll see long lines but don't be fooled it might be long lines but they go very quick and I hadn't Denio l as my cashier and he was great so polite and was able to help me rather quickly thank you again Denio
