The employees are always super friendly and they answer any and all questions you may have. There’s no stupid questions and you don’t feel uncomfortable even asking a bunch of questions. I always meet someone nice to cash me out and take care of me and the last time I was here, the employee Honesty was just perfect. Super nice and super cool name :)

I went to north east tonight and had a great experience!!! I bought white knuckle flower and can't wait to get home with it! I just wanted to shout out my budtender Emily who helped me out, she was so pleasant and I assume she had a smile under that mask! Lol thanks for being awesome Emily and North East!

Great people and knowledgeable, but second time they gave me the wrong strain. Not going back, especially with a BUNCH of new dispensaries opening close to them, AND second time my preroll wasn’t packed right. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

I’ve been here many times over the years, and received excellent service at every juncture. I was ordering online 2x/week when the pandemic first started, and during that time they’ve misplaced my order exactly once; that’s almost a year of service with one minor mess up, and even then they provided me the product right away, no questions asked. I was driven to make this review due to the excellent service in particular provided by Victoria in the chat. I was looking to help my sister find a CBD tincture for anxiety that was still low in THC (sis doesn’t love the high of weed but likes the calm), and she was able to point me in the direction of the right product, even though the dispensary wasn’t even carrying it at the time. Maybe the only negative I can say is they run out of peanut butter Buddha edibles too often, and those things are too delicious to be out of stock.

I communicated this morning with Richard, who was very responsive and helpful. I was asking about availability of Levia Celebrate Water-Soluable Tincture, because I think it's a great product, but seems to be out of stock in the area. He agreed with me that it's a good product and said he would communicate my comment to the folks on your end who order new products. Thanks Richard!

The first dispensary I’ve ever been to. Amazing. The bar is so high after being here. I feel safe and comfortable here. As a person of color.. that is not always possible. I do hope they are finding a way to assist people of color who have been jailed for marijuana and acknowledge these racist actions.

Every single time I come in here, everyone is so helpful and informative. I recently had an inquiry and used the chat feature online. Richard F. answered the chat and my questions and was super pleasant to communicate with. I have gone when there are both lines and no lines and even when the lines are a few people deep, it moves fast. The best part is despite that, you never ever feel rushed in making a purchase or like you are asking too many questions. If you are in the area, in my opinion there's no better place to stop in.
