To much traffic in the area but otherwise good

Jasmine was a masterful Budtender operating out of the takeout window. Her manner was outstanding and she truly made me feel welcome to purchase the greenery there. Northeast Alternatives is very fortunate to have a budtenders such as her.

The staff there is awesome! They have always been super helpful and friendly.

First time reopening with new protocols will be tough for anyone, especially when people showed up in masses without having online orders confirmed like they clearly noted on all social media posts/emails. Great quality flowers and effective edibles with a good selection of other products combined with friendly and knowledgeable staff continue, despite the crazy times. Follow the procedures laid out and it’ll be smooth sailing in no time!

I had inquired with John via NEA’s online chat support regarding a future visit (it’s so cool that they have that to begin with) and he was fantastic at assisting me and answering all of my questions! I’ve been to this dispensary a few times in-person and it is always a pleasure to shop there! They make you feel welcome and are super down to earth. It’s almost like walking into an Apple store!

Amazing flower and amazing service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Stopped in on 4/20 and was helped by Lu Ann, who took her time to tell me about some other strains I should keep my eye out for based on what I had purchased. Love that!
