Everyone here is so nice and will answer all your questions. The lines can be a bit long so if you are a regular pot smoker I definitely recommend ordeing online to cut the lines.

Northeast Alternatives has amazing customer service. Jordan helped me out my first visit and he was incredible! He had so much knowledge on every strain and helped me find the perfect products while taking into account my preferences and concerns. Jordan also remembered me my third visit, remembered my first order and asked how I liked it! I highly highly recommend Northeast and if you happen to see Jordan, give him a high five!

Excellent staff. Perfect products. Pre-order may save an hour+ wait on weekends. As all dispensaries are in short supply, keif and hash are hard to come by. There are no services to notify a guest when specific products become available. 4 stars on atmosphere, relative to a 5 star Braintree dispensary.

The staff are very friendly and can anwser any question you have about a product. They grow in house so you know exactly where it is coming from and their reservation system online works great. Its a bit of a drive for me but its very worth it for recreational. 100/10 would go again

I bought a Brownie Scout cartridge the other day (along with other things). When I got home, the cartridge was half-full. Didn't think it would be a problem to replace it, or at least get a discount on the next product (that's how it works, right?) Well, that didn't happen. Budtenders are "hit or miss", some don't know one thing about weed. The service is mostly ok, but if you get a dud from them, it would be your loss. Probably a good idea to check all your stuff right away.

A few times they'll have on their digital signs they have prerolls or flower of a certain strain only to be let down that they are out or only sell in certain weights. Other than that, good stuff.
